love this wireless printer. My family has no problem connecting to this printer via wifi on all our wireless devices. the print speed and quality are excellent

My HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer is great. The printer is easy to use. All the functions are at your fingertip.

I purchased a 8620 however when I opened the box it was an 8625 inside the box. The review of the 8625 is that it was great however the photos were not as good as I had hoped. When I talked to a sales associate about the fact that the box stated 8620 and the item inside was 8625 and that the photos were not as good as I had expected, they indicated to bring it back as the printer inside the box should be the same number as what is printed on the outside and something must be wrong. No one could explain why there was a different number in the box.

i love it! Ive always used HP printers and this one is very convenient because i can print from any room in the house using the wireless printing

This is my second one. The first ones rollers died.

Slow to print but works well every time. No issues.

So far, I can say nothing bad about this printer. At times it does need to wait for ink to dry, and that seems to take forever, but for the most part, if you want an e-printer that's versatile and can do everything from printing to emailing to copying right from the printer itself, you can't go wrong with this. I had seen others mention the blacks don't "pop" as much as other printers, and I can attest to that. That really didn't matter that much to me, however. I looked online and purchased the addon tray for $35, so it's all decked out!

Would have given it 5 Stars EXCEPT that it does not have a single sheet paper or envelope feed! You have to remove the paper tray, remove all paper and put the envelope in and re-insert the tray.

This HP seems better than the newer model, which a friend uses, in terms of photo and print quality. But it's an HP so the jury is still out.

The printer is great wireless printer for gallaxy phone. Ipad and for Imac desk top computer. The printer is fast and the print quality is excellent.

I've only had the printer a couple of months. I like the feature of the wireless. I am a teacher so I am ready to put it to work . I will update later.

I am not very Techno Savvy and I was able to hook this up, sync it to my computer within fifteen minutes. Very good on ink and very fast with copies!

Printer performs wonderfully. The ink cartridges last much longer than my old printer cartridges did. Fast printing and good quality.

This printer does everything I wanted. The ability to send things from anywhere to the printer is great.

This is an awesome wireless printer. I never have any trouble connecting to the printer with the wireless. I love the built-in paper tray.

Ok, I purchased this HP Officejet Pro 8620 based on most of the positive reviews and thought we had a great little printer at a great price for the small business we run out of home. But, within 3mos, started have connectivity issues, had to keep turning printer on and off to reconnect. 6mos in, received "missing of failed printhead" error message. After almost 2hrs online chat tech support, where hp tech rep, actually made printer worse, told printhead needed to be replaced, under warranty but 5-7days to ship or pay $17 for next day, wtf! Oh, but the rep wanted to sell me extended warranty plan! Perhaps a lemon, but buyer beware. Now looking for alternatives to HP for next printer purchase.

HP took a great printer the HP 8600 and made it better. This is the printer you need for home or office.

I've owned a lot of printers over the years, but this is by far the best. Great quality, all of the features I need, looks beautiful.
