I replaced my last printer with another brand due to the high cost of HP ink, oh boy was I in for a nasty surprise...The other brand was really poor quality and used so much ink...I have come back to Hp and I am once again happy. Really good "laser like" quality, excellent scanning, faxing and copying. Please seriously consider the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer for your personal or small business needs...It works amazingly well.
