It's not quite as fully featured as the Officejet 8600 all-in-one it replaced, but it fully meets our needs at a great price.

This wont print unless all cartridges have ink. I'm a Realtor and I needed to print a form right away. All I needed was black ink and no matter how I tried I couldn't get it to print because the Cyan was empty. It was very frustrating and I ended up having to go to the library and pay to print. Maybe there is a way around it?? Not sure but that's my only complaint.

For your basic printing needs it serves the purpose for the price. I was replacing a H/P printer I had for years. This one is similar. It prints well and the pictures you print are good. I do not like where I have to unload my regular paper then load photo paper. My old printer had two loading trays, one for regular paper and one for photo paper. For the price it serves my purpose.

This is the fastest printer I have ever owned. the copies - black and white, color - are very clear.

This printer is good quality and easy to use. However, it had a print head error that would not let us print. We bought a new one for $100 and it cleared the problem. Within 2 months, the error returned. I don’t want to spend another $100 for another print head when the part is so expensive. I could buy a new printer for the parts I need to buy.

I bought this printer for the entire family to use for everyday printing tasks. So far it is doing fine. Easy to hook up and use.

My first purchase was an HP OfficeJet Pro 8610. The printer was a workhorse and 100% dependable. The print head expired and rather than replace the print head, I chose to purchase a new printer. Reason being, a new printer was only a few dollars more. I chose the 8710 and it is performing just as its predecessor. If you need a printer upon which you can depend, the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 should be considered.

Great that I can use it for legal and letter size. The scanning feature is better than on the 8610. Easy to set up. I have an issue with sometimes the last page copied, has ghosting images or looks like it was printed over and over...kinda weird. Could be the way the my MAC is talking to it??
