Excellent salesmanship. Here is a little hint, hire people that either know about the products or is capable of learning. You will see a lot more. I, nor probably the majority of people will not buy items so expensive from someone who can't turn it on or tell me how to use Bluetooth to AirPlay my MacBook to my Samsung TV
