Great printer! Prints clearly, sharp and fast! Scans quickly, makes amazing copies and has a easy to use touch screen. HP INK is an amazing deal and HP program allows for easy use and can be managed directly from printer or from computer/laptop/phone!! Looks sharp and pleasing to the eye on a appearance level. A bit bulky but still compact considering the high quality received from it! Love it!

we had an earlier model of this HP office jet pro and were very happy with its performance so we just bought the newer version and it has done well . happy with its performance

I bought this recently. Have been a fan of HP for years. My last printer has been running for years. Last time bought a Canon Pixma and it died on me. I read online that the print head issues is rampant and promised myself no Canon ever again. Anyway bought this 8710. Out of the box it was very easy to set up and use. Nice print quality too. Was not happy with the Scan resolution which was default in the app, so tweaked the settings. Works like a dream. Giving it 4 stars to wait and see how it does in the long run.

This printer replaced a previous officejet pro. This updated printer prints very nice. If this printer lasts as long as the officejet I just replaced, I will be very happy.

This printer has every function I need and more. I just needed something for home use and this is perfect! It’s quiet, easy to use, has lots of features and is a good price.

The printer fits the needs of the household. We had an Epson but with a $99 price marked down from $200 and the Instant Ink program well it was a no brainer. My wife would have spent $100 in ink for the Epson so we got a printer for that price and the ink for 4 months free then $9.99 a month for 300 pages a month. It is a workhorse printer with high-quality printing scanning, faxing etc.

I bought this on sale to replace an existing printer. I'm completely satisfied. The printer works as advertised and was easy to install. I use all features, fax, copy, print, scan, etc. I've had other brands but I found that HP printers deliver the best performance. This printer replaced an HP that was 5 years old.

Fast setup, easy operation, great printing. Good but less than great phone support when we had problem with HP8600

So glad I ordered this HP printer. It replaces another HP that was approximately 7 years old. The price of ink for old one was close to price of printer so why not buy new printer. Happy with purchase.

This printer is a little bit more money but it's worth it, it's Print, Scan, Copy, Fax all in one. Prints your doc's really fast and clear. I've printed picture's from my cell phone on it and those come out great. And you can get wi-fi on it so if you had to print something from off online, it's capable of doing it. It does double sided doc's too and it's a scanner also, I've scanned stuff onto a thumb drive.

The screen on this printer is too small for my use.....................I had an 8620 and it was much larger......easy to read and work......................Seriously thinking about returning.........jb

The printer is FAST! HP has always been my favorite printer and the only time I purchased another brand I was disappointed both with the quality and durability.

I needed to replace my current HP OfficeJet Pro and liked it so much I stayed with the same brand and bought one of their most recent models. My old printer never game me a minute of trouble and I would still be using it except the little screen on the printer needed to be replaced and it's faster for me to use that little screen than it is to use the computer to tell it to print.

This is my second one of these HP multi-function printers that I purchased for my home office. They are quick and reliable and help me to work more efficiently.
