Previous HP printer died aft only 7 years!

This 8710 has a 6" narrower footprint and from what I can tell much better ink cartridges. Easy to load and more pages per cartridge. Prints two-sided docs faster and colors are brilliant and sharp. I expect this one to last at least as long as the old one.

The only reason I was shopping was because I could only print from one device to my previous printer I am often sitting in my chair cking mailk surfing etc. And so many times I wanted to print something - instead of writing where I found it and then going into another room with the laptop. Sometimes I totally forgot to do it.
