I'm pleasantly surprised it is. Great for the small business, kids printing homework. Color does not bleed and the black ink doesn't either.

Good all in one

Switched to this and signed up for HP's instant ink and couldn't be happier! Never have to go to the store to buy ink and saving $$$! Only problem I've had is when windows decided to upgrade my computer, it stopped working but tech support was fantastic! One phone call fixed it all.

I had to get the geek squad out. I think this is a common problem with wireless printers. Geek had to reconfigure my century link wifi. I don't think this should be necessary. Cost me $100 to have the geek squad out. It should work out of the box without their help. Oterwise it works fine.

Easy Setup

The setup was very easy and took no more than 15 minutes. This printer will print over my WiFi network from all of my Apple (Mac Book, iPad, and IPhone) and other brand name laptop devices. The touchscreen makes it easy to scan to a thumb drive.

Great printer for many uses

It's a great deal for the price! I use it to print banners for parties and images for t-shirt transfers. It's really good on ink too given how much I've printed in these past few weeks I've not had to change any ink cartridges yet.
