Web connectivity for printing and scanning is very useful, as is doc feeder for scans, and double-sided printing for large docs. Only shortcoming I have encountered is inability to feed Kodak 8-1/2x11 photo paper.

Pleased with the quality of color copy.

It was more cost effective to purchase a new copier than to replace the printer head. The quality of color copies (that we need for marketing) are superior to the quality of the last hp copier.

The HP instant ink program promoted in the literature that came w/it saves me bucks on ink. The $5 a month fee for 100 pages of printing is a great deal for me. The ink web site is easy to navigate and at $60 a year is less than replacing all 4 tanks at 1 time.

When I print it is usually 25 or more pages. I like the 2 sided printing and use it. The wireless is a great feature as well. Focus here is not on color printing but so far we're pleased with the color printing
