My attempt at the installment of the product worked fine. I have tried all of the features that I commonly use and they worked fine. I had a glitch in my laptop computer that affected commun9ication with the printer, but the Geek Squad helped me with that problem. .

A nice printer for home use. I like having instaink!

Some of the reviews complain about the slowness, this ha snot been an issue for me. I've had one jam since purchase. I've had to do a lot of printing, and so far it's been up to the task. I love the auto ink refill!

The printer is easy 2 set up n the digital display

We really like the new model, but hate that these printers fail on a regular basis. It seems, at least every 3 years these printers stop working. Conspiracy??? We actually saw our same (dead model), in the dumpster behind our offices, that another company had disposed of, on the same day ours died.

It was easy to install and so far it has worked great!

The HP I purchased has worked amazingly. I love the fact we have the ink option that keeps us from never running out of ink and plus the number of pages is tracked so we know just how much we are printing. Having all 3 options in one, fax, scan and print is extremely convenient.

Has all the functions of a printer for a great price

Seems to print fast. Instant ink program seems a bit pricy, but the program pays for itself over time. WiFi Works well with both Mac and pc systems seamlessly. Sheet feeder is a bit slow but tolerable. Two sided printing works well. Good printer for the price.

This printer was easy to install and easy to operate

Only complaint is that it sometimes hangs up for a bit but always seems to complete the job. Like the ease of the two-sided feature. My other printer was more of a hassle in printing two-sided copies. Really like the online ink option with this printer. Overall, it performs all options - copy, scan, fax, etc. - nicely.

I was surprised at how easy it was to set up this printer. I didn't have any problems and am even able to print from my iPad. I would recommend purchasing this printer from Best Buy to anyone who needs one. Traded my old printer and received 15% discount on new one.

I bought this after my previous all in one died. I have been very happy with the production, quality and ink usage with this printer. I have heard HPs have gone down hill but this printer is solid. I use it to print all kinds of stuff for kids school and projects.

This printer replaced a old Canon that would not hook up to my wi fi when I moved! Got mad , ran to Best Buy where I knew I'd get a quality HP product at an affordable price. Brought it home, turned it on and there it was, A great printer!!!

Good product. this probably my fourth HP printer. They are priced right for me but the ink costs are still too high.
