Had to go to Best Buy in Alamo Ranch for the first time and it was very,very hard to find. Not on GPS. The Best Buy in my Area did not have any in stock. Never again to that Location. Had to Call HP for help, because I have 4 other HP Printers and let me Load another Printer. Took 2 Days to get it up and running right.

I love that this printer works wirelessly. I can print from my iPhone or my laptop and it doesn't have to be wired to it. I love that it scans both sides of the page. I love that it prints on both sides of the page. It is one of the best ink jets that I have owned.

I had the prior version which was the 8610. I liked it, but NEVER should have signed up for the HP auto ink. That was a big mistake, and I will not do that again. It messed up my printer functions. This new one works well. I am pleased.

Excellent little printer. Is a little hard to use none HP issued printer cartridges. Can not use Sam’s replacement products will not recognize them.

I love this printer. This is my third one. I have 2 offices and a home office and this printer is excellent in all three. I have the service that sends you the ink cartridges and I never have to worry about running out of ink! I have been so happy with the product.

This printer is great! I love all of the features and it’s very sleek compared to the older model that I owned previously. There’s no rocket science involved and it was a great value as well! I’m 100% satisfied!

This is a very good printer does everything, I use it for fax printing, scanning, and with the correct paper you can print pictures, I give 4 starts because it goes off line, HP told me that is because I have the wi-fi set up at 5G instead of 2.4G, I think it's a great printer.

I replaced my 8220, took it to another place to use, with the 8210 because my local Best Buy store did not have another 8220. I miss some of the convenience features, like dealing with the settings on the screen. This printer makes lines through my pictures which I need to get checked out. The price was right.

I've had HP printers for most of my life. My husband and I decided to try Epson and Canon, right before this purchase, and returned both machines almost immediately. HP is where it's at if you're looking for quality and reliability!

This printer is really great because it's like a mini office printer. Wireless capabilities are awesome and it even has a small paper tray so you can load paper in and use it when you need to not have to worry about putting paper in every time you want to print.

We had an older model of this HP printer. It was a workhorse, so when it finally died after years of use, it was a no-brainer to replace it with a newer model. If I had any complaints, it's that I don't love the new interface. It seem a lot clunkier than the old one, but it still does the job.

This is a good printer. Prints very clear pages and doesn't seem to go through ink as quickly as cheaper hp printers I've owned. The only thing I don't really like about it is that it's not as easy to change paper types - which I do quite often - as the last printer I had. But for the price, it's a great printer.

Bought this model as the HP model we had previously owned was not available. Relatively easy to set up but we have had frequent problems with the printer having paper jams -- even though all we use is standard 8 1/2 X 11 paper. We have had to open various doors and pull out paper way more than one would expect with a home printer receiving only moderate use.

Great printer even if not in sale. Holds up to lots of printing and with 4 ink tanks including a large black tank, you aren't changing it every other week like some printers. I've purchase 10 so far for my businesses and they are saving a lot of money on ink.

After reading previous reviews and pricing BB & COSTCO offerings, decided this printer would work for me. Took awhile to get all the settings correct/corrected and trying to figure out how many copies average I would use. HP is REALLY pushing the INK thing.

The only reasdon I bought the product is because the earlier printer I had (about a two year old machine) was not compatible with Windows 10 and HP did not upgrade their software to work with Windows 10

Performs well for home as well as in my office for a small business. Main highlight is relatively high printouts/ink cartridge (more economical). My biggest concern is that I replaced an HP8610 in which the LCD screen went out after 18 months. I had an extended warranty, so I had to replace it with this model.

After trying HP, Epson & canon All in ones, looking for durability & good photo printing...HP won out for sure. User friendly, sturdy trays, good photo quality, great tech support!!
