WAS not very impressed with the printer. Listen amount of having the printer I already had straight lines running down the middle. Contact support was not able to help me. Had to return to printer.

I had an HP 8610 for 3 years and the print head failed. The replacement print head cost was more than a new printer, so I purchased a new HP8710. HP said most printers only last about 3 to 4 years. This the reason I didn’t rate it higher. However, the printer is outstanding.

For everyday printing this has worked better than previous choices from HP and Epson . The monthly subscription plan at $4.99 works great for this printer too. I don’t print pictures though for that I would want a different choice.

Previously owned HP Officejet printer. It lasted a longtime. Had to replace it because the software became outdated. So, I went with a simpler Inkjet. After several tries (Canon and HP), I am back to the Officejet. So far, I am very pleased.

This printer does so much more than my previous one. Now I can print two sided without having to remove the first side and insert the paper to print the second one. I don't have to worry about the pages getting out of order when I do that.

The only probably with the printer is I have not figured out how to print pictures off my phone (with the wireless capability) that come out correctly. Sometimes half the picture is cut off or the picture is too big.

A decent, office printer with scanner. Good price but a bit slow.

This is without a doubt the best printer I have owned in over 20 years of a home based office. I don't print as much as I used to, but this printer is always ready for it's next task. The HP ink supply is also a great idea.

Except for a limited paper size issue, which I am working on through the printer driver, this is a great printer. We purchased a HP Instant Ink subscription. So we will see how that works. This is a WiFi printer which is what we needed to print from all of our computers, smart phones, tablets, etc

A Good Quality Higher End Printer from Hp that so Far has Worked well for Me & Matches all of My Other Hp Computer Products! The Price was very Right at the Time as I'd not meant to Buy this High Up, but the Price made it that way!

I got a Canon printer, about two years ago, as a replacement for an HP all in one. Big mistake! it worked fine, but it simply didn't function as reliably as the previous HP systems. That said, I bought another HP to replace a canon!

Hi, after dad died, I ended up having to help mom with her electronic purchases. Her printer just stopped, so went out found this one on sale and went with it. Like all inkjets, its inexpesive to purchase, but the ink burns through quickly and is expensive.

I'm a big fan of HP printers and I love the OfficeJet line. The 8710 is great for our family needs and also for limited work needs. I love the smaller size and the color touch screen is easy to use for copying, faxing or scanning. Great value.

I've had this printer in my old house but it cost us quite a bit more 8 months ago. I moved out to an apartment and needed a printer/fax/scanner and I went back to this model due to the great experience from before. Great features for a low(er) price!

No problems with this printer in the month we have had it. Sync with computer automatically and also with phones and tablets. Automatically switched to new wifi system and works throughout entire house. No paper jams. Great product so far!!

I bought this on a discount, it is a great upgrade from my old cannon printer it is 4 in 1 , and the ink last for much longer time and HP instant ink you can safe much on the ink price unless you want to do it by yourself

I am an insurance adjuster. In my line of business, it requires a lot of scanning, coping, and printing . This is the second 8710 printer I have purchased from Best Buy and it performs the way I need a machine to perform with utmost ink effiency

The ability to scan both sides of a page using the document feeder is why I bought this device. It does jam occasionally, but well worth the price. The software to edit (darken, rotate, add, delete, reorder, etc) is extremely useful and time saving.

The machine is good and produces decent copies. I am dissatisfied with the photo quality though. For the cost I expected top quality copies and photos. This machine does not come close to that. For average work it meets the needs.

Great printer so far, hardly any problems with it. It prints just great and fast. Only issue is that printer ink is pricey when you have to buy both the black and also the color one.
