The printer is excellent, I had a 8600 series and was very please unfortunately was on sell on other store but you guy dont honor on line advertising and was a 40.00 difference so I have to returned and bought in the other store for a lower price

Easy to set up using WIFI and troubleshoot if there is a problem. Prints and scans are very clear and contain vivid colors. Also like the availability of HPInstantInk. Saves me time and gas money running to a local store.

Originally purchased for a home office it now also acts as the printer for 2 kids in HS who have LOTS of papers to print. Scanner works great; so does printing of photos. Have had it for about a year and have had no problems whatsoever.

Not a bad printer/fax/scanner for the price. It screeches as the paper feeds through. The computer screen display of the scan is so small, you can't see what the scan looks like before printing or saving.

This machine is good for the purpose I need it for. Also glad that it came with full ink as it is a bit pricey. I havent signed up for the auto refill yet . I recommend this if you dont do a great deal of printing but for everyday home use.since thats all I can attest to

I was in need of replacing my HP 410 printer and found a great deal at Best Buy. The printer is a good one. The only issues where: it was difficult to set up and connecting to my home network is not working well. As for the printer setup, the prior printer was 100 times easier to set up.

My new HP office jet 8710 does everything I wanted and Much more. my old HP last many years and still working, I gave the old one to a friend. I know this updated one will last many years also, I uses the copier for home use only.

This printer has everything I need. I’m a college student and I print more than 100 pages a month and I’ve never had a problem. The copy and scan are nice functions too. This printer is eligible for hp insta ink.

Printer works well. I'd like that it can use different color ink cartridges so you only have to replace the color that runs out. It's nice printer if you have room for it.

I've bought two of these for different projects at my company. It's a fantastic price, the ink seems to last forever, and the scanner (what I use the most) with the document feeder rarely jams. All in all, a great product.

This printer sets up easy and connecting through the wireless was very simple. The only thing that I find is that it is a little loud during the print cycle. Mind you not enough to be a deterrent from using.

I really needed this for school. The salesman was so helpful and told me exactly what I would need. It was absolutely right. I will continue ie to go to Best Buy with the service I received there, and the knowledge of the salesman.

I am just amazed at the features that this printer has and how well it works. My son has one also. The printer ink program is also a real money saver and the first few months are free even if you go over your quota. Great Deal

All functions work well for print, copy, scan main features. Setup for a MacPro was a bit messy, since the App Store does not have the complete utility, so you must download from HP. Also the USB cable is not included in price, so must buy it separately which is not good.

I’m having problems scanning and faxing. It prints fine

It was a bit quirky at first.. Printing pretty slow. But, I used their app on the Mac including their driver, and it works well. If you were looking for a printer with the possibility of an additional tray as an option, this is not the one. The 8720 would give you that.

I was looking for something to replace a broken printer and this is pretty good. Top loading feed is pretty fast and easy double sided. The wifi works perfectly with my phone and I can print from anywhere. It's jammed once and all it needed was a realignment. Good buy.

This printer/fax/scanner was a great purchase. It was quite easy to set up and works very well! I love the options available on this printer and the speed with which it prints and sends a fax. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

The technology that comes with this printer is great . It copies, it prints, print from Note 5, it scans, usb compatibilit and Bluetooth need I say anymore . The only thing it doesn't do is slice and dice but that's okay .

I love this printer, I love that I’m able to print from anywhere in the house and I love the fact that the ink lasts for months!! There’s an issue with the printer it automatically notifies me! Extremely satisfied
