This printer has great capacity and accommodates our everyday needs from school homework to home office business needs. With HP Instant Ink program, all our printing, scanning, and copying needs are met.

My biggest complaint is that the wireless continues to drop. I've been on with geek squad twice - one resulted in being told to return the computer and the other at least got it stable enough where I now can get it back online myself. Basically I have to turn it off/on before I print if it goes offline (which, unless I'm printing continuously, it will). And the scanner inevitably goes offline too. Luckily it will print whatever I sent to the queue the minute it's turned back on. Other complaint is that it's much louder than expected. But it's very fast and the printing (so far) is very good quality. Scanner is easy too.

I love this printer. The automatic feed actually works without sucking in 5 sheets of paper. The dual sided printing works flawlessly. And, it doesn't seem to be a big ink hog. It networked with all of our computers, too.

This printer is exactly what I needed. It even prints on thinner paper. My old printer would eat the sheets if to thin. It can print even on index cards which I use a lot as a teacher. The ink lasts for months even when used often.

THIS ALL IN ONE PRINTER, COPIER,FAX AND SCANNER IS A LOT TO GET FOR THIS PRICE. BEST BUY PEOPLE WERE THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE DELT WITH AND A BIG HELP. I FURTHER RECOMMEND SIGNING UP WITH THE GEEK SQUAD. I HAVE FOR OVER 5 YEARS.

I Use fax often and have not had any problems. It prints out a date and time stamp report telling you fax was sent successfully. Printer function works great in my home network. We have successfully printed using both tablets and smart phones. Great buy,

I shopped around and I bought other printers, H/P's. They are great, but I needed something else. I did some research on the 8710 model. I not only save money on this model, but it preformed so good that I bought one for my Home.

HP is the best printer anyone could possibly buy. This one is perfect for us and we love it. The only drawback, and this drawback goes for ANY printer no matter who makes it, is ink cartridges can (I'M SURE) be less expensive.

Copier functions, setup and use are straightforward. The ability to copy wirelessly from cellphone is excellent. One quirk is that the originals are placed on the copier glass differently than on previous models. And, the ink is EXPENSIVE!

Loved this printer so much that I bought one for my parents. I always purchase the XL HP ink cartridges and although they are a little more money they truly last a long time and I use my printer often.

Third hp printer in the house. They Just keep getting better and better. This one works with all our Samsung ( lap, tablet and phones. It is more compact as well. Good service from BB and Geek as well

Not my first choice but with advice from HP rep. at the store helped me make this a well informed and best decision for me. Really shows the benefits of having informed sales people on site at the store!

Our Epson printed lasted only 3 years after doing some research we decided to buy the HP wireless All in one which so far has provided great color. We have used it to scan, copy and print thus far.

This printer is great. When I needed a new printer I really worked and looked around to get the Best Buy. I love the store I love their discounts and they had a great Christmas deals couldn’t ask for a better place to get it and it was delivered quick.

I've trusted the HP brand for years. I purchased this printer on sale. So far, it's been printing just fine. I wished that HP kept using the same cartridge as my older HP 8620. Now, I need more cartridges around my house.

I have had this printer for about ten months and it has worked perfectly from the time I took it out of the box. I print a few pages every day, and so far I have changed ink cartridges only once.

Good Printer for the price. Color quality somewhat lacking. Very disappointed the ink cartridges look the same as for my old 8610 but were changed very slightly so that the 951s don't fit & I now have to buy 952s and waste over $ 100 worth of cartridges on hand.!

This is the 30th+ HP Printer unit I've purchased and it has not let me down. The unit pricing has decreased and will hopefully continue to decrease; and HP offered the "Instant Ink" deal (which, unless I am missing something, will provide tremendous savings).

I purchased this printer to replace another HP printer that had broken. The replacement price was less than the cost to repair the old. This new printer is far superior to the older one. The installation was quick and easy.

GREAT PRINTER BUT WISH IT HAD SEPARATE PHOTO TRAY. MY PREVIOUS PRINTER HAD SEPARATE PHOTO TRAY ALONG WITH A PAPER TRAY. THIS PRINTER I HAVE TO OPEN THE PAPER TRAY AND PUT PHOTO PAPER IN AND THEN AFTER PRINTING TO PUT PAPER BACK IN THE TRAY. OTHERWISE IT IS GREAT.
