Took a while to get it installed and working. Had to call customer service. While I was explaining where I was progress-wise, he hung up on me. So that was useless. Finally got it up and running on my own. Took about an hour and a half.

Not easy to get to the functions. EG: Setting up email profiles is not how the directions tell you. I found a back door approach that works, but not very elegant. Otherwise, it's a very good printer. Just make sure you have room for it. It's a beast.

This printer is all that you will need and more! I absolutely LOVE the online ink ordering and that it sends you ink when you are low. I am spending SO much less on ink than with previous printers.

Replaced my HP 6830 printer, fax, copier, scanner for the second time in one year. Problem with print head both times. Not sure what caused the problem nor was the Geek Squad tech. Off to great start with this new printer.

An updated model of a printer I had for over four years. Easy to hook up wirelessly and works well. Have already received my first shipment of cartridges from the "Instant Ink" program and that seems to be very convenient.

Overall the product is good. I was using the e Photosmart and it went bad. It keeps saying printer busy and I cannot get it to print. Love the e Photosmart and wanted to replace it. This was the closest to that

Excellent all in one printer I have owned. No issues other than microsoft updates creating havoc. Just shut it off and turn back on and presto up and running again

This is my third HP8710 Office Jet Pro as the scanning system seems to malfunction. The last malfunction froze my ability to use of printer features. Purchased the HP 3 year extended care package when original printer purchased in Jan 2017

After poor performance and a less than reliable HP8610, the sales folks at Best Buy talked me into another HP. Against my better judgement I fell for it. So far, so good however. If the 8710 lasts longer than the 86 10 I'll be impressed.

This printer replaced a previous HP workhorse. Similar features with this one - scan to computer feature has been intermittent and finicky - I've had to reinstall software a couple of times- a drag for me but this could be a problem for others.

The product is amazing. I am able to perform all my office needs that i have to. I also love the HP service and the fact that they send me ink when I'm running low. Couldn't have asked for something more convenient.

I needed to replace my HP printer which had had heavy use for 6 years without a problem. You better believe I wanted another HP. The customer service guy was super helpful and I got a good one. Love it.

Great printer, easy to use, love the touch screen display and wireless communication with my laptop. The only reason for rating this 4 instead of 5 stars is that the quality of scanned documents is good but not great. Still, it is a great printer for the price.

The printer practically sets it's self up. The display is easy to read and use. This printer is very versatile from documents, pdf, and pictures or drawings. Very satisfied with the results.

I actually bought this on a whim while visiting Best Buy on a Sunday afternoon. It has exceeded everything the HP Rep said it would do. At $129 it was a great deal. and its size works well for my home office.

This printer is larger than I expected it to be. It is also confusing to use the scan to email function directly on the printer. Still learning the functions but overall the printer works well so far.

Bought this on a whim to replace an old one that had no features. Prints well; love the duplex printing feature and the ability to scan from a feeder. Good value for the money since we don't' do a lot of printing.

I never have issues printing. Great product at a great price. Can print off my phone with ease with both connected to wifi. My brother had one and it worked great. I got one for myself and it hasn't disappointed

I had to replace an hp officejet 8600 pro plus, so I upgraded and this printer works just fine. The only thing I don't like is that printer cartridges for the 8600 don't work with 8700. We have tons of ink left.
