I bought this to replace my 8610 which no longer works properly. I am now contemplating spending money to get it fixed. This printer does what it needs to as far as scan, copy and fax capabilities. I have not tried the wireless feature as it is linked to my desktop. I do find it to be louder than the old printer and a little slower to print. It is easy to set up and use but I just find this model to not be quite as good as my previous model. I have had great success with HP products and while this does the functions it advertises, I think this model is not as great as past models. For basic features I would still recommend this as an option.

I bought the previous model I believe was the 8610 and only used approximately 300 hundred copies. It kept saying paper jam. I had Best Buy employee look at it and used HP help on phone. It quit working. So I'm taking a chance one more time with HP

This is a very great printer for the area in my house that everyone prints from. Very efficient printer.

Works well when it is communicating with the company. When it is working I am very happy with the results.So far when I encounter wireless difficulties it is a while to resume normalcy. No a quick fix when problems are encountered.

This all-in-one printer is terrific. Rarely do I need a fax but it works well. After setting up the various wi-fi settings and remote printing apps, this printer works wonders. Super easy to operate from my iPhone. Big downside is expensive ink.

I use this printer daily and it is fast and does excellent two sided printing. It has an easy scan program that works great. The fax is also very useful since it provides a qwick way to send signed documents.

Use of scanner -- HP Easy Scan -- to create pdfs is a snap. Beautiful color copies. With HP Instant Ink using this printer is worry free.

FINALLY!!!!! You have no idea how many printers I have owned and the amount of money I’ve wasted. This has to be the best home printer I have ever invested in!! LOVE IT!!!

So far after one month the printer has worked great. The only issue I have had so far is the 2 sided copy/printing has not worked. I have only tried this once and it didn't work 4-6 times in a row but just did one side printing to remedy this.

I've always owned HP Printers and have never been disappointed. This newest printer was very easy to set up including the FAX. Great Buy, especially with InstantInk. Love this program.

I don’t print often, but when I do I am never let down by this printer. It may stay in standby mode for months at a time, but when I press print... I get from it what I needed.

Nice combination device - scan, print, fax. I haven't used the fax (and may not), but the other activities work well. It was a little tricky to find the place to set up your scan options but, once I did, it works well. Great price, too.

Overall of been very satisfied with the printer thus far. I have been unable to get the air print feature to work with my iPad or iPhone which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. However, other than that I've had no problems whatsoever.

i like how this one looks, i have the version before this one and i end up giving it to my daughter to take for school and got this one which has all the new technology in it.

We bought this printer on sale to replace a small all-in-one. It has done wonderfully and is very quick. I like the direct connect feature so that even if it has difficulty with the network you can still print direct from an iPad or iPhone

One setup cartridge was DOA and i have to admit the replacement process was not easy. However they sent a new one in two days time. Didn't mention we needed to send the old one back in long support call. We threw the other one out.

I've had this printer for a while now and it has been doing a good job up to this point. It replaced another HP printer I had that had issues with the ink cartridges. I'm hoping this one last a little bit longer.

One step up from previous HP Printer that went out due to print head issues... Works great but not with a Digital Router such as what AT&T Uverse utilizes.... I drop AT& T and it works GREAT!!!!

Had this for about 2 weeks now and its been perfect. I came from an epson printer and this is better. The instant ink option is amazing and it saves so much money on ink.

Installing the drivers could have been easier and it seems to easily lose wifi connection to the computer, but I am happy with the purchase. Purchased primarily for scanning with the document feeder. I would recommend it.
