I am satisfied with my purchase. However, I am more impressed with the service I received from Cole R, who works in Fargo. He kept my profession in mind when making recommendations.

Only negative feature is when you print the tray does NOT automatically release to catch the papers. They will end up on the floor if you aren’t right there. so this makes wireless printing a pain

I love this printer but I don’t like the imstant ink subscription. I will just buy new ink and be done with all the billing, plus I’m not sure if I like a company monitoring how many pages I print.

I bought this to replace an older HP printer. This one print fast and does not go through ink like my old printer. Signed up for the instant ink from HP. Great product and great plan.

I have really enjoyed the printer and like the ink program so far. The only issue was set up was extremely difficult due to the ink program and took three phone calls. Once set up properly, everything seems to be very good.

My project was delayed; I immediately needed a new printer! I chose the 8710. The new features are spectacular.—Yaaay!!!

This was a good value for an all-in-one office printer. Resolution and features, meet all the requirements needed for a relative compact unit. Great resolution!

So far so good with the printer. We've had it for just over a month now and have had no issues what so ever. Set up was a snap and we've not had any issues. I would recommend it.

Awesome printer. It is a small printer with huge printer capabilities. We got this to out in our home office and it has not let us down. From printing huge documents to pbotos.

I bought this printer for the ink saving program. It is noisier than my old Cannon but my Cannon cost a fortune in ink. The ink saver program is only offered with certain HP printers so I had to purchase HP.

Didn't print from the beginning even thou the test pages were all fine. Called and they got it working after installing new driver. Another week went by and would not print again. Called and they installed another driver. Has been working for the last 3 weeks, at least . This printer is so slow at doing anything. still thinking about returning it. Also, it is oddly large compared to my last printer which did more. Have always used Office Jet Pros in the past but have they gone down hill!

Love it! The service was wonderful. I will be glad to recommend this place to anyone. I know I will enjoy this printer and look forward to shopping here again very soon.

I purchased this for my work office since our last one, an ancient beast of a printer, decided to retire. It's so nice to have a product that is up to date and incredible versatile.

This product does everything I need. It works with my iPad easily. Wifi was easy to set up despite what the other reviews say. Great to have one item that does everything I need.

I have been using HP 8600 & 8700 series printers for my customer for several years. I find them to be pretty much trouble free, dependable and a good fit for most customer needs.

Purchased it for my in-laws. Had a different brand which would not give good colors. This printer has brilliant colors along with ink that seems to last. It’s great.

We have it connected to the WiFi has its own email address so no matter where we are we can all print something and have it ready for when we needed it.

It was easy to setup the Bluetooth feature and the settings were easy to get to and setup. It hold a good amount of paper and the ink cartridges were easy to i stall

I purchased this printer because it had all the options I wanted. The printer was on sale when I purchased it. In fact, it was the last one at this location.

Needed to upgrade our printer and this had many good reviews. Made the switch from Brother to HP and liked the HP ink program that we purchased with the printer. Great deal!
