Sales at best buy is the best. Printer worked then stopped. Called HP and the folks there fixed it on line quickly. With a smile, the HP service was unbelievable

Good printer for the money. Has met most of my expectations. Perfect for my home office. Set up was a breeze no problems. Easy set up for the wireless connection also.

So far it prints well.we haven't had it that long. Would highly recommend you purchase the HP ink program to go with it. We hadn't even had it a month when our new ink arrived.

I switched from an older HP model that continually jammed. This model doesn't jam very often and is much faster than most of the prior models I've owned.

Really like it and all the features. We had a similar model for a couple years until auto feed stopped working. This model has REALLY tiny buttons for typing in numbers. I have trouble entering phone numbers

This HP is so much better than the Brother printer. It doesn’t use up ink as quick as the brother printer. Quick to set up and enroll in a hp ink saving program.

This unit is a great value for the money. The prints are not as sharp as a laser unit or the units produced by manufacturers, but you for everyday use, you can not beat it for the cost.

I bought this to replace my 8600 all-in-one. I was hesitant at first because I really liked my old one. It's a great product -practical and affordable.

I really like my 7710 WF Epson printer. I like it being able to print different size envelopes and actually borderless printing. It’s perfect for what I need.

Got this as a replacement for my 8600 when it died (geek squad warranty) Same price but better touchpad than the old model and a little better navigation through the menus

My last HP printer 8500 Premium (which I loved) needed new print heads, so I decided to just upgrade instead. Easy wireless setup on all computers in the home.

I had a similar Ptr for 5 years and got a lot of good use out of it. So, I decided to purchase the same model. It has met my expectations to date.

Have found that the HP printers seem to last for years! I just purchase a new one when it becomes hard to find replacement ink refills for older models.

had problems getting hp to connect to computer wirelessly. Had to return because it wouldn't work. Kept pulling up old non functioning printer even though I kept removing it

I wanted a fast scanner for a small office. Exclusive scanner did not met requirements as they were either pricy or not ethernet ready. This checks those options.

I am very pleased with the print quality and speed. It connects seamlessly with my Apple devices. However when trying to print a photo on 4X6 photo paper it wouldn't recognize that the correct paper was inserted. After an hour of trying everything on the panel and my laptop I gave up. I guess it only prints on letter size paper or something.

This printer has thus far fulfilled my expectations, and is very efficient when it comes to ink use. So far I am very pleased with the performance of this product.

It is a great printer. I am not so sure I like the HP Instant Ink program. I think I would rather buy ink cartridges on an as needed basis. I feel it is a bit restrictive
