The printer works as expected. Wireless connection is fine. I am concerned about longevity of the internal power source. I purchased a earlier unit 18 months ago, and one day the power simply died.

I have had many printers and many brands, but since I started using HP's I have not bought another brand. The only way I can describe it is that it's Terrific!

All in one is fabulous. I can scan and print from tablet phone and laptop. Paired with Instant Ink it is a great value.

Excellent Printer quality and automatically prints both sides for 2 sided printing.which is great so you don't have to take out paper and reinstall

Was purchased for office work and does a good job for our needs. I especially like the ease of two-sided printing and the ability to copy both sides of small cards on the same sheet of paper.

Good printer.. Often times reflects printer offline eventhough it is connected.. could do scan from laptop but cannot print until restarted.. apparently some bug.. Also does not pick 5G

We bought one for ourselves last year and was satisfied with it. So for Christmas we bought our son one also and he too likes it very much.

I love this printer/scanner. The worst thing I can say about it is that sometimes the receiver on my laptop does not see when I am trying to scan. Mostly I scan to a flash drive now.

I love HP products so this was an easy buy. Nice and compact and all the features you need. Highly recommend.

I would have given it a 5 except, the ink is pricey, I also had to sign up for an ink program and went over my ink amount and was not aware that I was limited on printing on a trial ink cartridge.

This printer is great, i have less problems with it that the previous model it replaced, plus the hp app lets me use it from my phone.

HP makes great printers and this one lives up to the reputation of that. I truly like that I no longer have to order ink and that it is sent to me in advance of me running out.

I had some connectivity issues when using the USB cable. Printer would not connect and had to reinstall the full software just to use the scan feature. Overall the printer does its job good.

Great printer! It does everything I want it to do. It is replacing my old HP printer which I had for years but it just stopped working.

I love this new HP printer! I wanted an air printer for my iPad and iPhone. I also wanted one with large paper capacity and the instant ink deal is great!

I needed a new printer and wanted a wireless model. Best Buy had what I wanted and it came in two days. Great product and the price was right.

I replaced my old printer with this one and I couldn't be happier. I was delighted to see that it also creates pdfs and can transfer files to a USB drive.

Works Great, like the ability for the machine to order in prior to running out. Scan a bit too challenging to use and sometimes the control panel is not very responsive, bout overall like.

Over all this and similar models of HP have worked excellent for when I start up companies as a temporary scanner and copier. Also being wi-if is a bonus
