The product seems ok Problem is Customer Support is extremely poor Problem also is that when you have the product up & running you get a message that used or recycled ink Cartridges have been installed on this machine even though it's supposed to be new from the factory. When you use HP Customer Support to Connect this Printer to your IMac they tell you they first need to do some repair work to make it Compatible & Charge an outrageous fee of &99.99 Apple helps you make the connection in a few minutes---no repairs,no charge no problem

I had to upgrade my purchase...they were out of stock for my 1st choice. I am glad because I got a better copier and a $30.00 gift certificate.

The printer works well like most HP printers. However it will not let you print just one check at at time. You have to print a full page or it will not feed the paper correctly.

My favorite feature is my printer has an email address. Documents are at home before me! Love this printer/scanner....all-in-one!

I was looking for a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer to replace my old HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer. So far it has not disappointed. I like this printer.

works great. able to connect both wireless through my router and via internet address from off site! Just need to shop for sales on ink!

This makes for easy work of using with my son's projects and other homework. The only difficulty I have had is with connecting the scanning to my laptop to get scanned documents sent.

Five year old HP 8610 was working perfectly. Thought would upgrade. HP 8710 excellent replacement. Donated HP 8610 to a non profit.

Easy to set up wireless especially for a non-tech savy individual. Actual printing appears to be quieter than my previously HP printer.

Great all in one printer. The software could be more reliable with scan connections to other computer. Touch screen is improved from my older model, but still could be better..

Overall this is a good printer with some convenient bells and whistles. I made the purchase because the price was great and it contained the basic options I was looking for. So far so good!

The reason I purchased this printer was the review by other customers and the ability to be able to get XL ink so I'm not changing cartridges all the time.

Works perfectly for our small home office. HP Instant Ink program works well and we can adjust the plan to our usage!
