Customer Ratings & Reviews

I was looking for a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer to replace my old HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer. So far it has not disappointed. I like this printer.

I bought this as a replacement for a failed HP printer that I bought just last year for my college student son. Hoping for a better experience. I will update later with actual performance.

I had to upgrade my purchase...they were out of stock for my 1st choice. I am glad because I got a better copier and a $30.00 gift certificate.

The printer works well like most HP printers. However it will not let you print just one check at at time. You have to print a full page or it will not feed the paper correctly.

I love HP products so this was an easy buy. Nice and compact and all the features you need. Highly recommend.

This makes for easy work of using with my son's projects and other homework. The only difficulty I have had is with connecting the scanning to my laptop to get scanned documents sent.

Overall this is a good printer with some convenient bells and whistles. I made the purchase because the price was great and it contained the basic options I was looking for. So far so good!

Did some research on getting a new printer and chose this one. Really happy we did. It is all that we were looking for, and it does not disappoint!

I love it. It does everything it says and can print from anywhere. I signed up for the hpconnect so that it automatically sends my ink when needed.

The reason I purchased this printer was the review by other customers and the ability to be able to get XL ink so I'm not changing cartridges all the time.

works great. able to connect both wireless through my router and via internet address from off site! Just need to shop for sales on ink!

My favorite feature is my printer has an email address. Documents are at home before me! Love this printer/scanner....all-in-one!

Easy to set up wireless especially for a non-tech savy individual. Actual printing appears to be quieter than my previously HP printer.

Great all in one printer. The software could be more reliable with scan connections to other computer. Touch screen is improved from my older model, but still could be better..

Five year old HP 8610 was working perfectly. Thought would upgrade. HP 8710 excellent replacement. Donated HP 8610 to a non profit.

I have purchasing HP products for business and personal use for years. This model has the most technology built in t to handle any project

This is the best inkjet printer I have used, ink lasts FOREVER, and auto duplexing for a standard option everyone something prints saves a ton of paper

I needed a home printer with an automatic feed and a large capacity paper tray holder and this fits the bill! It works like a charm.

I like the printing quality and the front and back feature, sometimes it is difficult to get the printer back online with my wireless internet.

it seems to take a look time to print the first copy ,but prints the copies very quickly. A more detailed printed set up sheet would help also.
