Pro. I like HP printers, including this one. Cons. HP customer service is The worst. And HP instant ink service is worse than that.

Our other printer went out after 5 years of use. This one is amazing! Fast printing and instant ink is the best. Highly recommend.

I like the printing quality and the front and back feature, sometimes it is difficult to get the printer back online with my wireless internet.

Excellent printer for work and school uses. It uses a lot of ink though and the replacement ink is a bit on the expensive side. All in all though a good printer for the cost.

it seems to take a look time to print the first copy ,but prints the copies very quickly. A more detailed printed set up sheet would help also.

I was looking at the new brother printers with refillable ink, then tought this one was so much cheaper I would need to buy a lot of ink to break even! Over all we like the printer alot

I needed a scanner. It was cheaper to purchase the all-in-one device than to buy a scanner separately. However, the scanned pdf documents result in much larger than expected file sizes.

I love the HP programs and printers that are available to print from anything through my wifi. Ink's arent' cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
