Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great price and great product!!! Even better than the HP 8500 it replaced. 2 sided scanning was a big plus. As always great printing of anything!

Easiest printer I have ever installed. Salesman found coupons for printer and coupons for ink, far more than I had anticipated. He went out of his way.

Haven't had any issues with this printer. Was able to connect to computers seamlessly, and it's continued to print!

Excellent printer for work and school uses. It uses a lot of ink though and the replacement ink is a bit on the expensive side. All in all though a good printer for the cost.

Great machine for personal use. Very good offers from HP to purchase ink cartridges at a discount. All in one printer takes up very little space.

Pro. I like HP printers, including this one. Cons. HP customer service is The worst. And HP instant ink service is worse than that.

I was looking at the new brother printers with refillable ink, then tought this one was so much cheaper I would need to buy a lot of ink to break even! Over all we like the printer alot

Our other printer went out after 5 years of use. This one is amazing! Fast printing and instant ink is the best. Highly recommend.

great printer for price. super easy wireless setup. good quality printing. working well with both HP Envy laptop and Dell desktop.

I love the HP programs and printers that are available to print from anything through my wifi. Ink's arent' cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I needed a scanner. It was cheaper to purchase the all-in-one device than to buy a scanner separately. However, the scanned pdf documents result in much larger than expected file sizes.

I looked at a lot of printers and compared specs. I've been very happy with this model. It's seemless and the functionality and features are awesome

This Printer works very well. Either by Fax or printing and does not use much Ink like my last machine. I Love it and works well for me !!!!

Works perfectly for our small home office. HP Instant Ink program works well and we can adjust the plan to our usage!

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8710, had the previous model and loved it. with all it can do it can help get rid of clutter around your work area.

My wife has this printer in her office and she loves it so I got one too!! Perfect for printing, scanning, faxing. One printer to fit all my needs.

This printer is just perfect for our home. We are two retired teachers who use our computers and the printer for personal and church-related projects.

Does a very good job printing documents. Accurate color reproduction. Smaller total footprint on the desk than the previous HP printer we had. Haven't tried any photo printing yet.

Great printer with good quality images. Love how easy it is to connect to a device and can print from wherever I am in the house.

have never had problems with this product and the staff at best buy was very helpful in assisting with the purchase.
