I love my new printer but find it difficult to use legal length paper. Quick easy envelope printing. Very confusing scan and fax feature. Ink cartridges are super expensive.

I upgraded from an HP8600 Series printer to the 8710 thinking I would experience improvement not just in speed and print quality but also in the operation of the unit. If it is true that is faster and has better print quality the setup with Windows 10 was a nightmare as HP had drivers for 8.1 only at the time of purchase. The result was very erratic connectivity via WiFi and sometimes via USB as well. Several hours with HP technicians on the phone removing and installing and configuring the printer made it stable via USB only. After 3 weeks after installation (last month) HP upgraded their firmware to support Windows 10 more reliably and both WiFi and USB seem to be more stable. The printer display on the unit is too small making it prone for the operator to choose the wrong feature. The type and graphics are very small and difficult to see forcing the user to operate the features and functions through the computer display. In summary I didn't find the improvement I was expecting.

Brought it home and had it set up with in 10 minutes. Ever since no issues, printing is fast for the home and scanning no quick an easy as well.

Used about a couple of months and came to paper jam, so had to go replace with laser printer

I needed a printer mostly black and white printing. But it was a pleasant surprise that it prints great color projects too!

Now that we've figured out how to connect this printer to the internet it works perfectly. The ink is pricey but so is all ink.

Product is fantastic, I bought an older model and this is better. Best Buy service afterwards is terrible I should have bought from HH Gregg

So far so good! We will see how well it does when i have slightly larger print jobs. I havent scanned yet so do not know the quality of scans yet either

My son and I went into the store. We happened to talk to the HP representative. He was extremely helpful and helped me make my decision.

This printer was an upgrade from my previous one. Hopefully it will last me a long while, but seems to have all the bells and whistles.

Printer works well, double-sided and single sided both. Nice dark printing, And color pictures look nice. I liked the HP ink offer to keep it supplied.

I had the previous model to this for years. This one seems fine, but they changes the control panel and it is hard to read and touch ... they should have left it alone.

will pay for itself sooner than we think... just the correct size... light and easy to move... what else could you want...

This printer, copier, and scanner are all I need in my home. I'm glad Best Buy carried it in-stock!

After battling with our old HP all-in-one, we gave in to this great deal! It had come highly recommended, and has exceeded our expectations.

Works well except for its willingness to disconnect from WiFi and from scan to computer. I would recommend but also need to realize there’s probably better options

Had HP 8610 gave to my daughter if this one is half as good t should last for a long time. So far it has been great. Have had about 2 months.

This printer, HO OfficeJet Pro 8710 has the functions that we require and use the WiFi to print by phone. So convenient.

Love this printer. Has a lot of good features. Have not had any primes with it since purchasing.
