Customer Ratings & Reviews

This printer, HO OfficeJet Pro 8710 has the functions that we require and use the WiFi to print by phone. So convenient.

This printer, scanner, copier, fax, is for personal office use and the larger paper tray and longer ink life should be a benefit.

Great printer for the money, plus instant ink. Never have to worry about running out. Those Best Buy salesmen really know their stuff

The printer is good, but I could not connect the scan to the computer. Itis not their fault, I am not good with electronics and could use some more help.

I love HP and with the HP ink program you can't go wrong. The printer works well and stays connected to my computer! So I'm a happy camper

I love my all in one printer. I got a great deal on this printer. I use the scanner & copier & printer every day. I highly recommend it.

This printer, copier, and scanner are all I need in my home. I'm glad Best Buy carried it in-stock!

I have bought multiple printers over the years for both pc's and Mac's. While the printer works great with pc's, not so much with Mac's and this new printer is no exception. Set up was ok, but to do anything other than print, like scan, or print from iPhoto apps, the printer is frustrating to use, as it is not a simple click like it is if connected to a pc. I am familiar with the problems HP has with Apple, which is why I bought another, but will look for better compatability on any future printers I may buy

Bought this to replace an 8 yr old Sharp 45". Exceeds my expectations. The set-up was effortless. Delighted with it.

The salesperson really guided me and I am happy for it this printer has been e excellent the scan function is great and thw no one program is Also a good deal to me

I have purchased many HP all in one units over the years formu home office. This new unit work the best I've have so gat. Great product

Love how this printer conserves ink! Also like the fact it can hold so much paper. It’s nice not to run out after 20 sheets.

Bought a second HP printer. A little bit more complicated than last one but does all the things I wanted. I did have to ask for some help from Geek Squad.

Love the HP All-in-one's. Print carts are a little pricey but the inexpensive printer price and quality offsets it.

Love this printer. Has a lot of good features. Have not had any primes with it since purchasing.

this printer hooked up with my wireless great when other models would not. plus the print output is typical of the HP product, excellent

Exceptional features and user friendly. Large paper capacity. Only thing better would be software that allows resizing during scanning.

I've had HP printers in the past but this printer is big and is not the most quite one I've owned. It's "ok" but nothing special.

This is a great printer for the money. Works well for home or small business. The ink deal thru HP makes this really cheap to operate.

I love the features of this printer how ever it was a little hard to set up. Still have an issue for some reason I have to change which wi-fi I am on to get it to print
