Exceptional features and user friendly. Large paper capacity. Only thing better would be software that allows resizing during scanning.

I've had HP printers in the past but this printer is big and is not the most quite one I've owned. It's "ok" but nothing special.

This is a great printer for the money. Works well for home or small business. The ink deal thru HP makes this really cheap to operate.

I love the features of this printer how ever it was a little hard to set up. Still have an issue for some reason I have to change which wi-fi I am on to get it to print

I love the printing but the auto feed for double sided scans is such a time saver! Color prints are clear - no lines going through like the former printer I owned.

I had a different model number of this one in my former office. Liked it so much, I bought this upgraded model. Love it!

Nice printer fast and clear. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the setup requires you to download an app to set it up and so does each user.

Does everything I need for school. Weather i need a copy or print multiple pages. Also ink cartridges are plentiful.

Printing is super easy with Bluetooth. One can even print from email. The printer has its own email address.

I have not printed a lot so far, but what I have printed out looks good. Makes good copies and prints from phone.

The one bad thing is typing envelopes. Not all the sizes are listed, and there is no way to try and figure out the metric symbols. The 5x7 print the envelopes on the left side of the envelope, not on the right or middle. This is utterly frustrating to me as I do a lot of different sized envelopes. I went to Best Buy to get info. but no one there could help me. They claimed they are only trained to sell not really get to know the printers. Ludicrous! I am very unhappy with my purchase.

i love this printer just because we had one before but not with automatic ink sent to us that we signed up with love it.

I have the same printer/copier at work. Has always worked without any issues. I wanted the same reliability at home.

I bought this because HP let's you have an ink subscription. It sends you more ink when it gets low and it's only like $5 a month.

The printer works great. The only thing that I don't like is that it copies reports in reverse order, so I need to organize them into the correct order.

Only problem I have is and still having and no one seems to know is how to link a tablet or phone to print remotely. They talk about a code, but cannot find a code.
