We have had a string of HP office jets. This one has the best connectivity with laptops, PC's, phones,,,all wireless! Hooraaay!

However the printer would not recognize magenta, so I had to call HP for them to issue me out a cartridge replacement kit.

This is an easy to use printer that turns out great results in both black and white, and color. The price was very fair also.

My previous HP printer broke down so I had to get anotger. I chose to upgrade it to the 8710 because the price was very affordable. Less than a week after setting it up, the feature allowing me to scan directly to the email address no longer worked. But the major problem with this printer is It will occasionally print a blurred printed page. Let me remind you this is a brand new printer
