Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is a great all in one printer, we wore out the last one and was glad to find the exact model.

Printed pages are good quality. Like the ink replacement plan. Easy to use all functions; very intuitive.

Printer doesn't use much ink and I print lots for school. Love it :)

After two years of use I still love this printer/scanner combo. Perfect picture quality.

Still had another HP which was still working but wanted a new printer. Love this HP OfficeJetPro8710

I like this printer but I'm not in love with it. I'm not sure what it is but I have trouble printing. It regularly tells me that the printer is not connected to my computer or my phone when I print something. I have tried everything & I still have this problem. I know I should call HP but they take forever on, I don't have all day or night to be on hold or speak to someone from another country to figure it out.

Overall a good printer, except for one thing. You cannot setup the wireless, and the ethernet together. It's an either or for networking.

This is a full-featured multi function printer and is a good value. Recommended for home or small office.

Have had several wireless printers that always seem to have a problem with connectivity. Not this one!

Printer is an all in one does a great job with refillable ink with a deal you can’t beat it

This printer was incredibly easy to setup. Works great with all devices as well as my phone.

Have the same one at work. When my home printer died I got this one that I already knew I liked

HP always make an excellent product. Works great with the PC,tablet and phones in out home office.

I am not used to using a touch screen to use my printer. It occasionally takes several touches to get things going. I'm better with buttons

Works great right price, all the functions work although it will not link to a super high-speed Network

Was a great purchase. Need it for school and home office and it can more than handle the workload.

I like this printer because I don't have to worry about the ink drying up and the printer stop working.

My dad needed a new printer and he bought this. It works great for his office. He doesn't use any of the functions just scan and print.

All the reviews and documentation say that the printer is compatible with windows 10, however I have found that it really is not truly compatible. I have to turn the printer on and off every time I want to print something. After it comes on and syncs it will print if I print continuously. If I stop sending jobs to the printer for more than 1 minute the printer will unsync with my computer and I will have to turn it on and off again.

Prints look awesome! Use it everyday, have had no issues.
