    The printer was working great until it started printing vertical lines that isn't a part of the print image. I cleaned it through the third stage cleaning and it still printed out the vertical lines. If you just want a printer to print text then that is fine, but if you have any graphics, vertical lines will show up on those graphics. Had to cough up more money to buy a laser printer.
