My family and I really love this printer. We are not real computer savvy but we found it to be very easy to set up in about 20 min. The printing is pretty fast and nice quality. We love the wifi setting, sending pictures directly from our phones to the printer for prints is awesome.

I have always bought HP printers. Familiarity probably. Recently I've really capitalized on the Instant Ink offering, great idea! With this model, some automation improvements (I was very impressed with how easy the set-up was). Prints fast enough and good enough for all but the most extreme cases.

I love this printer, it was so easy to connect all of my devises to so I can print from my iPhone, iPad, my new hp Computor and my desk top computer. The print quality is perfect and I signed up for the hp ink refill so I never run out of ink. Would highly recommend this printer.

Easy setup and works well. New ink is a big improvenent. Scanner is too noisy.

Upgraded from my old HP Photosmart printer and was somewhat disappointed with this Office jet printer. When using the scanner or copy feature, no matter what setting I use, it still won't scan or copy the entire item all the way out to the edge. It leaves a border of white that cuts off part of what I'm wanting to scan or copy. No print preview feature when printing from a computer either so be prepared with extra paper on hand for multiple attempts to get what you want achieved. On the plus side the document feeder is capable of 2 sided copyng/scanning and is very fast! You can make adjustments to the documents on your computer when scanning from it and that is a very good feature. Another downside though, when scanning multiple items on the scanner bed from the computer, you have to manually select (crop in) each item that you want and save each one manually which takes a lot more time to do. The old Photosmart would select them automatically for you. This printer qualifies for their HP Instant Ink program which is a plus.

So far, the printer has met if not exceeded my expectations. It was easy t set up, easy to connect to multiple computers (1 w/ USB, 2 w/ Wifi) and prints clear with good detail. I have not attempted to print pictures. I would recommend this printer my my family and friends.

Best printer I have ever owned. Excellent print quality and speed. Easy set up. I signed up for the HP Instant Ink plan and expect to save hundreds over the life of the printer and never worry about running out of ink. Brilliant concept from HP. Can't go wrong buying this one.

We have used many types of printers over the years. We have stayed with HP Printers for our last 4 purchases. They are always easy to setup and use and other than expensive cartridges, they work very well and last about 4 to 5 years with no maintenance.

We bought an epson all in one machine a year ago. Hated it. Bought this thing and within minutes realized we should have made the switch months ago. Very convenient setup, great connectivity and pretty quick for the price point. Highly recommend.

I needed a printer for college that was able to keep up with the large amount of documents that I needed to print. This printer does an amazing job! I have had no issues it runs amazingly efficient and at a fast pace! The set up was very easy, probably took me around 20-30 mins.

It copies on both sides of a paper--nice feature. The print quality is good. It is large--taller than most printers and with a large foot print. This is my first printer that includes automatic ink replacement. Time will tell if this reduces cost. I have been using this printer for about a month and like it thus far.

Does everything as advertised. Works very well with a good print quality. Great price.

I do not use the fax feature of this, but glad to know I could. Perfect for scanning and printing. Experimenting with "Instant Ink" program and am interested to see how that works for our needs. Print quality and speed are great for my small office. Scanning is easy.

Easy-to-use. Printing comes out very professional. Scanner and easy to use. Color copies come out looking very clear and nice. One of the better printers I have ever owned. I would buy this product again due to the fact it is easy to use and every copy comes out looking great.

Had this printer about a month & love it! Works great with MacBook computer & cell phone! Easy to set up & wireless is great! Replaced an older HP that wouldn’t work wireless so very pleased with this one. Have not used the fax feature so can’t comment on that.
