HP Officejet Printer

For example, it asks if you want to user web extentions or something to that effect. If you say no, it gives you no warning of some of the features you might want will not be available with that option. A big shortcoming in the software is that you can only scan one page per file. For years, I've used HP printers/scanners that permitted multiple sheets per file. Had I known that you cou only scan one page per file, I would not have purchased it.

I have owned two other all-in-one printers and each of them had the "preview" tab as a part of the printer software.
