Printer setup and functionality were a challenge and disappointing. Even had HP get online and take over my PC. Still doesn't work right. very very disappointing.

Occasionally the printed and copied pages come out blurred and have to be repeated. This occurred even after even after printer alignment was performed twice.

We have had a few glitches with this on our network but overall it does well enough. Page print out is a little slower than our previous work printer.

Fairly easy to set up. Only problem is blue ink cartridge would not work so I have to buy another one to use. Why is all colors necessary to print black and white?

After reading about this new all in one copier, we decided to buy it to replace our 11 year old HP copier. The paper was constantly jamming with the new HP Pro 4710 and it was necessary to open the access doors and remove the shreds every time. It got to be very aggravating as it happened almost every time I went to print or copy something. We returned it to the store for a refund and purchased the HP Envy 7640 which is a much better copier. Hasn't jammed yet and it looks better on the desk.

Printing is nice, Ink usage is great wireless connection is very bad. I have HP 8600 pro and it loses connection to my laptop. My laptop is brand new and I bought a new printer for my son who is going to school. First It losses connection every so often then the only to reconnect is to restart the printer and the computer. The other day it connected to another roommate's printer who happens to have the same printer as my son. I like HP but I hope they fix the wireless connections.

Haven't had a chance to use it much but I did notice that the first time I went to make copies of a small stack (10 pages), the copied pages were way crooked.

This all in one does not perform as well as I had hoped. The printer portion has a tendency to freeze up from time to time and the scans come out crooked.

This printer does O.K. But is a lot noisier and "jerky" than the HP printer it replaced that was similar. I was rushed into this a bit due to needing something now because of labeling deadline for a product but will spend time looking at a color laser machine that is an all in one for it's replacement. so if you're ok with staying on the cheap and can put up with the above mentioned then this will work but otherwise I would spend some time looking higher up the line.

Overall good printer, but sometimes the red ink is faded even though cartridges are full. HP has no explanation why this is happening.

Printer continues to lose wifi signal while all others in the home stay connected. Necessary to shut done printer and router each time I need to print.

If NOT for the poor hp support and arrogant policies, hp would sell more. I buy hp, believing equipment is only good for 2yrs because of warranty.

This is one of 4 printers (all the same) that we have in the office. It works well and is not too hard to install on all the computers.

This printer is ok for the beginner but it can’t keep up with what I need it to do. Constantly goes off line with the WiFi setting.

It prints pretty well for the most part, but I do get a line near the top and/or bottom of page on most prints

It has good printing however I was not able to set up wireless system. Laptop is HP but could not get set to print wirelessly. Uhg

Love the printer and scanner. It was easy to install for a non-techie and I thought it was going to be perfect. However, the fax machine ruins it because the numbers are so hard to get your fingers on. It is a small keypad to punch in the number, and doesn't always come out as you punched in. I am very disappointed in that, especially since that was the main reason for purchase. May be better if you have small fingers.

See above comment. You might make a product that doesn't fail in one month. Had to rely on warranty - the only thing that worked.

This printer is not compatible with a network installation on a Windows 10 computer, this is even though it says on the information on this printer that it will work with Windows 10. I installed this printer on 3 Windows 7 computers but was unable to install it on a Windows 10 computer. The online support from HP was totally useless. If you have a Windows 10 computer do not buy this printer.

Not the best color printer I've ever owned. After a few months I dumped it and bought another printer.
