They recently updated firmware which made the ink I had been buying, refilled cartridges, unusable. They have had class action lawsuits against this behavior, and yet they continue to do it. I will never purchase from this company again. Their ink is way overpriced and now you cant use reloaded cartridges. In fact in one of the newest updates, they turn on a setting that basically locks your ink catridges to your printer so if your printer broke and you bought and identical one, you cant use the rest of the ink still in your old printer!! It's called HP Catridge Protection, because you have to watch out for people that break into your homes and go straight for your ink catridges. What a joke!

This printer is okay. When printing it does make a lot of noise.

This is a good printer but it does not print on cardstock.

Great color Wireless Printer. It prints great pictures in color.

I am not happy with the fact that I can not get this printer to connect to wifi and stay connected. I had to connect directly to my tower with a USB cable. Geek squad and verizon have tried to help me to no avail. Someone must know what is wrong, but I still have not found any answers.

This printer has a very large foot print for a home office.

Energy saver but touch screen is hard to turn on if in a hurry.

Purchased this printer to replace an older printer. I have had several issues with this printer; one being lost connectivity to the Internet when my Internet is still functioning and second its failure to load paper. It runs and runs but will never pick up the paper unless you remove the top to the paper tray and push the paper with your finger. When you go on the HP website it tells you that it might be that the paper is too heavy, so I went out and purchased HP paper but to no avail. Called HP and they said that I might need to clean the rollers. Why should this need to be done on a brand-new printer?

Can not center a 6x9 format. not very fast and very noisy.

My only complaint is that it will not stay connected to wi-fi

Printer failed to print color upon installation even after going through the troubleshooting procedure with the HP service representative. Printer determined to be defective and returned to the store. This is the second time I have had issues with HP printers.
