This printer is an improvement over the 8610. Can handle rough paper and not jam. The printer is priced right. I would pay more for a printer that could handle rough jagged paper without jamming and be easy to repair at home.

BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE I HAD A PRIOR MODEL HP ALL IN ONE THAT I LOVED THAT HAD LASTED ME NINE YEARS THIS IS THE UPDATED VERSION AND I AM JUST AS PLEASED GOES SO MUCH FASTER EASY TO OPERATE

Good value and full ink to start, good clarity and easy setup. does everything and very efficient. holds ample paper and performs quickly. Great value for the attractive sale price...it is more than we went into purchase.

I loved this printer. Colors are bright, pages print very quickly, set up was very easy and you can print from your phone very easily also.

Dish printer works very well that's why I now have two of them

This printer does it all. It prints very, very fast. Easy to pair w/ a variety of computers and appears to be less complicated mechanically than past HP printer models. HP printers are excellent.

been using older dell all in one. machine was very slow to boot up. new HP is a delight, wireless option works great. machine very intuitive for set up. scanner clarity is excellent.

I bought this printer to use for working at home...so far it has been a great printer I have scanned and printed on it and have had no issues....the set up is pretty easy.

Easy to setup. Great speed for home office. Takes up a lot of space on desk, but worth it. Easy to use scanner. Very pleased with this printer which replaced a Hp printer that lasted for many years.

Our old HP finally gave it up, we upgraded to the Office Jet Pro and it has been not only easy to use, it has not jammed, or refused to work since we plugged it in.

This HP printer has done everything it is supposed to. It is reliable, has no problems and is simple to operate I love and my lawyer daughter bought the same one. Her experience is the same as mine.

My older HP of two years threw a gear that damaged the box on the ink head in the middle of the day while printing a massive project for work. I needed something fast to get back on track and Best Buy had this unit in stock and ready for pick up. I print a lot of double sided project books and this unit fit the bill. I brought it home and in 20 min after unboxing and set up on a network. I was back in business. I have printed about 300 pages in B&W and 250 in color and still on the ink cartridges that came with the printer in the box. I know I will need to change out soon but this unit has been great so far got it on sale and it's been a work horse for me. HP has hit another home run in my eyes. Print quality is great for all types of photos and normal documents. Would recommend to anyone.

This model replaced a similar printer that worked well but needed a new pinhead. The new printer had a very good price, so I decided to purchase a new model. It works very good.

After struggling with two horrible Epson printers, I got smart and got an HP on sale at Best Buy. I can honestly say it is the best printer I've had in years and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

This HP - OfficeJet Pro 8710 model is a winner. Ink prices are easy, set up is easy, and performance is phenomenal. I highly recommend picking up this printer for your next home printer.

So far this printer meets all my expectations!!! Setup was very easy! The reason I purchased this model was to replace my HP 410 printer, which also was a Printer/Scanner/FAX machine and also produced good Photos!!! This new machines seem to do all the same, and with the same quality. I have only printed out one picture so far and it came out great!!! I also purchased the same printer for my sister-in-law. I would recommend this printer and if you can get it on sale it make the purchase every better. I have also signed up for the HP Instant Ink program. Out of the gate it seems like a very convenient and cost effective program.

I like this printer because it was very easy to set up and easy to learn to use. It has the functions I need such as scanning and is very quick to print large documents. I would recommend this printer.
