I've been using the HP 8710 All In One Printer for a few months and have been very pleased with the overall quality and simplicity of this machine.

Purchased this unit after returning a printer that cost $50 more. This blows away that other printer. Print speed is amazing (or as promised). Printouts come out crisp -- both in color and b&w. To test color fidelity, I copied a color brochure. The copy could pass for the original (except for the gloss, of course). I signed up for the $2.99 monthly ink program as there is an HP Color Laser elsewhere in the house. The 8710 is for my desk use. Highly recommended to sign up for the ink program. I priced the retail cost of the cartridges and ... WHOA! Much lower ink expense with HP's program.

I got this printer on sale so it was a great deal. Like the wireless printing option. Easy setup. Also like the instant ink feature that you have to pay for.

I had to take my printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 into the Geek Squad because of a double printing issue which happened sporadically. When I hit the button to print a second time, the double printing would disappear. The Geed Squad guy was able to reset the machine and I hope it has fixed the problem.

This replaced an Epson all in one which I really liked until it started leaving a trail of ink on each pass the print head made. I contacted support and they had me do some hocus pocus things that made absolutely no improvement. After several calls with Epson, I trashed it and bought this unit. It connected flawlessly to my wireless, linked to my computer, and provides me with intuitive scanning functions and excellent prints. I don't have a land line, so cannot comment on the fax capabilities. However, every other function works great.

This is a marvelous printer, am so happy to own it. It's fast and easy to use. I think everyone would be happy with it. So go get one at Best Buy.

Fairly easy to set up this printer. You have to print through the HP app to get the best performance, which is a bit inconvenient on a PC. Printing from phone works well.

Love that I can print from my cellphone or laptop, wireless. The instant ink program is convenient, and the quality of printing is good.

My last experience with HP after years of using their products was so bad that I decided to try a Brother that had pretty good reviews. Never again with Brother! The Officejet Pro 8710 is easy to set up for the most part, although be prepared for the fact that the touch screen usually has to be touched at least 2 or 3 times before the command works. The ink cartridge when new (supposedly half full) suddenly indicated it was empty after printing 2 pages, and it took several times of turning it off and on to get it to read it correctly (there was adequate ink, just another glitch in the setup program.) Considering the price, if this thing can manage to last for more than a year, I'll be satisfied.

So far so good. Does everything It says and works well with the home network. Only problem was with installation. Directed me to site to download software but it was for 32 bit system not 64. Had to find it on my own. Other then that very satisfied.

Easy, fast and great in all duties,don't buy the cheaper ones.this model is the best and affordable printer you can get it without regrets.

This printer is fast and easy to use. HP instant ink feature is awesome....the support from HP has been outstanding as well as I had them help me with the setup.

This machine is very quiet and fast. Rely an improvement. I replace the HP 7410. Todays technology is just so much better. You will truly enjoy this machine.

We were shopping for a color laser for lower cost compared to inkjet, but decided to take a chance on this incredibly low price all in one printer with extremely low print costs. We are stunned with the great quality photos it does and printing off our iPhones is super easy with NO SETUP! We paid less than half the cost of laser and have very low ink costs, stellar performance and the double sided printing and copying saves paper too. I can't say enough about this incredible printer. We are glad the salesman showed this to us and saved us a bundle. Way to go Best Buy!!!!

Good printer replaced my 8600 does not use the same ink as the 8600 but overall seems to be a good printer. Print quality is good and has everything I need in a printer and it is a good price!

This printer was suggested to me by a friend and it is by far the easiest to use, amazing quality, and most intuitive printer I've ever purchased.

Works great, prints fast, scanner and fax are easy to use. HP Instant Ink makes getting cartridge refills very easy

As good a printer as any. This is the third printer I’ve owned over the past 6 years. Life expectancy seems to be 2 years on average. If this one makes it to three, I’ll upgrade the rating to five stars. Too early to tell. Buy a different brand each time in hopes of finding one that lasts.

Very good printer. Very much worth it and reliable! Good for printing for school (papers, PowerPoints, notes) as well as other things for work, etc. Love it!
