This printer has been good. My wife has made thousands of copies for memory books for ladies in our classes. It is still working well.

great for both pictures and documents, DOES NOT JAM!!!! easy to clean inkjets/cartridges (will do 3rd level cleaning if needed)

Very pleased w/this printer for copying, faxing, etc. Makes very good color copies also. Easy to set up to desktop to create labels.

It's been over a month since we purchased this printer. The first time I used it, I did get paper jam, it was easily cleared and we have had not had any problems at all since then. I've faxed, copied, used the scanner, did double sided scanning and double sided printing, etc. This printer works great and it was half the price of the Officejet 6500 I purchased years ago. I am concerned about the spring loading for the ink cartridges, it seems like it may be an issue in the future, but for now, no problems. I would recommend this all-in-one printer for home use.

Perfect printer for a small one person office. Great print quality and substantially faster than the one I am replacing. Wireless feature is very handy.

Replaced my old HP 6500 with a new Officejet Pro 8710. Fast printing, scanning, (don't use fax). Prints photos well. Easy set up.

This printer is very good quality and has very fast printing in draft mode. Scanner is good, setting it up as a Wi-Fi device is easy, and I've had to put my Ethernet cables in storage as I no longer have any wired connections to my router. Four print cartridges, cyan, magenta, yellow and black, so when you run low on any one color you only have to replace the one, and the cartridges themselves aren't that pricey compared to all-in-one cartridges used by other printers. Has photocopy and fax modes too if you need them.

I've always only purchased HP printers in recent years as I've had bad experiences with Epsons and Canons. This printer is a solid machine being that it is an Office Jet. It takes up more space than the personal printers, but you get more value for your dollar choosing and office jet. Pros - Wireless set up was the easiest I have ever done. Print quality is decent - Print speed is quick - Lots of connectivity options such as wireless, wired lan, and USB Cons - The LCD screen is tiny and has poor resolution by today's standards. - As usual, the initial ink cartridges are quite small and you will run out of ink quickly - No SD card slots

This is the best printer we have used or had, it is easy to set up and load paper and ink and prints so quickly. We love it and recommend it highly.

So far I have had zero issues. It connected quick and easily to my phones and computers. Works great. Prints a e copies both sides.

My old HP printer broke, so I bought this one. It is fabulous! The copies are just perfect and it is incredibly easy to operate!

We replaced our old OficeJet with the new 8710. The 8710 is much faster and even easier to use. The print quality is great and brillant.
