Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works great, needed to replace an old wired printer with a wireless one and this one works even better than the ones at my office.

I have had an HO printer for at least the past 15 years and have always been happy. The customer service is excellent

Scan, fax, copy, print - From PC’s and Cell phones... great performance for cost.

This printer exceeded my expectations for the price. The copies are really goood and was easy to set-up to the computer and fax line.

I have read both positive and negative reports online about the printer. I took the extended warranty which I usually don't because of some of the problems people have reported. However, even with some of those reports, this printer has all of the features and qualities I want in a printer and is built pretty sturdy. I use it at home for personal use and for a small consulting business. I have not experienced any issues with Ink, paper jams, etc. I really like the printer and the quality of the prints.

Printer does everything I need. Prints, Copies , scans, and faxes. All at an economical price. Everything is neat and clear.

Easy to get set up. Many features. Wireless feature easy to use. Nice looking print copies. Extremely happy with purchase!!!

Terrific printer for the money. Great speed, clarity, and functionality. Wireless printing a plus. Set up was a breeze.

I am very pleased with the printer and the ease of use. I really like that I can print directly from my phone or tablet.

So far so good. Easy setup and everything seems to be working well. Prints much faster than the printer I replaced.

I am 72 years young and without a doubt … My new HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is the best printer I have ever owned. It is very fast while providing extremely nice sharp print. If you are having any hesitation about purchasing this printer … Be aware … In my humble opinion It's been well worth every dollar that was spent and I could not be more pleased with my Best Buy purchase.
