Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased this printer to replace an older model. Really easy set up. Printing is fast and clean with no smudges.

we wanted a basic all in one printer for our home office. The reviews suggested that this would be a good and reliable model and so far they have proven true. We rely heavily on wifi printing as the office is upstairs but most of the computer work is done downstairs on our desktop and on my wife's laptop. Connection and setup was simple and easy with no trouble. The added bluetooth capability to allow printing from our smart phones is definitely an added plus!

I am happy with the print quality and excited about the HP Instant Ink Program. Set up for Instant Ink was brutal. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone (yes hours) with 2 different techs trying to set things up. I think something was off with the wifi - finally we did a complete reset of the printer. The techs were stumped, but kept pushing through and were incredibly patient and pleasant. Since then the printer has worked as expected. I'm still on my 3 months of free printing so I can't state well the program works.

Bought this as a replacement. It was easy to set up. Print quality was better than expected. It is super fast.

The setup is easy on both mac and pc. Print quality is excellent, accessibility via iPhone and iPad is fantastic

Great for use at home.... some irritating shutoffs at times. Definitely not up to par for a small home business use, though!

This printer is very efficient and reliable. User friendly and very dependable

Printer works fine. I originally purchased at Best Buy but one day later found it on Amazon for $70 less and free shipping. I took it back to Best Buy but they wouldn't match the price for exact same model so they lost the sale.

Printer was super easy to set-up. Printer has worked flawlessly to this point for copying, printing and scanning.

This printer was very easy to set up and it has performed exceptionally well. I am very pleased. Thank you HP!!

For the price the all in one printer is perfect. Does everything you need in a timely manner. Love printing from all my devices over wifi.

We have an office of 5 employees with 5 printers, and none of them did what we needed. This printer replaced an old cartridge fed Brother that survived 10+ years of madness. Finally, we are able to double sided print without getting up and putting the paper back in the tray. We can scan to our computers and make copies on one machine. Of course, everyone now prints to this printer so I'm sure our ink cost will be above the budget, but they can deal with it.

Product continues to work and deliver online and wireless printing with a slightly oversized footprint.

Quality of photos is excellent, printer is fast. PRINTER was priced reasonably, as always, hp has great quality.
