I can't undestand how to get my instant ink started, and had to purchase more cyan before I ran out, I use the printer so much already.

HP Reliable & Dependable

Have found them reliable and dependable. The wireless feature allows me to hook up two or three computers to print print off one printer. Cartridges are somewhat pricey and hence purchase the XL will gives you more ink to print at a nominal increase in price.

good and bad

Each one is always better and faster than the last one. 2 gripes: 1) was going to take advantage of instant ink offer but will only work if using wifi. Sinc eit is hardwired, I cannot use it. Pretty stupid idea to me. 2) Last OfficerJet allowed me to store several FAX numbers to quickly send a fax to regulars. Have not been able to set this up because I cannot find the option.
