For an inexpensive printer/scanner/copier/fax machine this item does a very nice job. It is relatively inexpensive to operate, the ink lasts a while and the unit is not complicated to use. If you need a unit for your house I would highly recommend it. So much so that we bought our kids one for a present for their house.

This is an excellent printer. Easy to operate, and prints very fast.

I really enjoy this printer. It is vary easy to use and fast.

Had some initial trouble trying to connect so that air print works, almost took it back, no one could help. Had to use a laptop to get to the web site to fix preferences and turn on air print. Not sure why it changes IP addresses sometimes. Really tickled it does 2 to 2, quickly! Nice quality. I haven't changed toner yet (not that many images) so not sure how expensive or tough it will be, but so far really nice.

The printer was an easy set up it took about 10 minutes and the printing speed is also great.

I purchased this printer to replace a smaller model that I have. I must say it has been a dream! While it does take up a bit more space, it prints super fast and the quality is great! I work from home, so it hasn't been great for printing one off things such as emails to hundred page documents in no time! Paired with instant ink, it's a win win!

Once it was installed ... Which was a huge problem ... We love it just like our last HP printer. DO NOT call the tech support. They tried to sell us a plan of sorts and when we declined, they deleted our connection option to our printer in our computer plus kept us on the phone for 2 hours. We had a grandson fix it. Lucky he happened to be visiting.

This model replaces the 8610 Officejet Pro -- almost exactly the same features BUT ink cartridges are different. Much better value than the Envy or 6000 series and can be purchased for about the same amount of money. Very good duty and cartridge cycle and superb quality and unbeatable for around $100. Will last for years as a home office model.

Had great experience with my new printer.(HP OFFICEJET PRO 8710) It prints really fast. The printer is a nice size for my desk. I highly recommend it. Best Buy is the place to purchase one. The only disadvantage is that I had to pay for installation from Geek Squad because I did not how to install it. They did it real quick, in the long run it's worth it.
