Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very nice all in one for a good price. I needed a replacement for another HP photo printer. However, I wanted a low maintenance printer. Both of my other printers, HP 7320 & HP 7520, clogged up the printer head. Many tries to clean it, but I gave in and got a new printer altogether. No issues yet and happy so far.

Printer is fast and quiet. Have had no problems with it.

Easy to use, easy to link to computer, nice printing

Printer has all the features you need. Only downside is that the 2 sided scanning function has to be started from a computer once you download software.

I ordered this printer online as my other OfficeJet died. It is very similar, which is good, as I am familiar with the touch screen settings. My only disappointments are it is so much larger than the old one (my fault, I should have measured better.) And, it uses totally different ink which seemed difficult to find. My son signed me up for automatic refills.

I bought this printer as a gift for my daughter who began teaching this year. She was feeling stressed about getting her materials prepared for her classes and having to rely on and share a printer at school, so this has helped to alleviate some of that. This printer does so much and is a real workhorse!!

Easy to set up, great quality prints, very easy to use!

My HP printer is the perfect size for my home office! It serves as a copy machine, fax machine and scanner and printer. It has multiple features and functions for multipurpose uses! Ink replacement is easy and efficient! I’ve always had a HP printer and they’ve lasted for 10+ years! Great bang for my buck!

Prints quickly and quietly, and the setup was breeze.

Was so easy to set up as wireless wi-fi. Prints great

Easy setup. Easy to use. Reasonable price. Great buy

My wife and I got this printer not sure if it was what we were looking for. But we love it! Have had no problems so far

I previously had a HP office jet pro 8600 and never had any problems with it until it finally quit working after many years and lots of use. The 8710 is very similar to the 8600 so I am hoping for the same results. The control panel is a little different but not a problem. So far it is working well. I have had it for about a month.

works great, easy setup, does not waste ink prints fast

This printer is worth the money and prints quietly.

This HP has not yet disappointed. It is fast with good quality printing and copying. Have not had the printer long enough to know how many pages will print on a cartridge of ink. There are different priced ink's to allow a different number of copies to be made. The ink cartridges appear to easy to install. Time will tell.

I love the wireless. Everyone can use it from anywhere in the house. No more moving computers and cables. The instant ink is a great option as well. The only drawback is the paper feed. Does NOT handle heavier paper stock very well. Jams and curls. For plain paper it's amazing.

Works great for home office use. Wireless response is very fast and prints good.

Easy to set up and use, love the email and fax feature

The first printer I bought had problems aligning the top margin of each page. I was using 100lb bond paper and it would feed it down to different lines before starting to print. I spent time with tech support and they were going to test and get back to me, but never did. So I returned the printer and got another one and this one works fine. I am happy with the results of this printer.
