No problems. Setup was very easy with the guided instructions. Automatice document feeder simplifies multiple page copying. Duel sided printing saves paper. Altogether a good addition to my home office. Time will tell for reliabliliy and costs. I signed up for the instant ink option, will see how well this works

For light home office printing, flyers,etc it does a good job economically

I have only printed items for school, but the quality is great. I have scanned many things as well. I love how many options you have for printing and scanning. I also enjoy using the app while I am on my phone or tablet and can print away from home. This is one of the best features for this printer.

I've used a few HP all-in-one devices in the past and was a little hesitant when looking to replace the last machine. Physically it had performed well, but its wireless performance was inconsistent and the software was heavy & bloated. Happily, this one seems to show that HP has made improvements all around. The touch-screen interface is pretty good; easier in some ways than the 'up and down through text menus' of past devices, but a little complex at times. The software is much 'lighter' which was very good (less to install, less stuff running in the system) but also a little frustration (had to get an additional app to do scanning). Wireless performance is improved from the past, it holds its place on the network securely. Getting it onto the network was much easier than with past models, because of that touchscreen. Small wireless devices can export print jobs to it. It also has a clever email identity address that you can send things to & have them be printed. Aside from the few quirks, which weren't too bad to handle, I'm very happy with this machine.

So far so great. I replaced my old HP All In One Office Jet, and I have not been disappointed. The WiFi access is a great feature, I am able to print from multiple computers and small handout devices. If I can get 14 years out of this printer as I did with my previous one, it was money well spent.

My last printer was an HP 400 series all-in-one that worked great for many years. This new one I bought to replace it is even better. Great layout, does it all (including Fax that I don't use anymore) and can hold more paper in the tray as well. Very clean and minimalist looking and a nice satin black, as opposed to being shiny and showing every finger print. The task screen is large enough and it seems everything can be done there without having to open the software on the computer. You still need a computer though to use all of this printer's features. Now my only complaint. The sound from the printer when it completes a task should be just a little louder in my opinion. Even when turned up to the max it's not as loud as my old HP and it sounds a little distorted. Because it's great in every other way, I'll give the sound issue a pass. I highly recommend this printer for a small home business or if you just need one for your hobby or whatever. M3Boost out.

Product works effortlessly and is easy to program. This is the 3rd 8710 I have owned over 6 years time. Won’t go anywhere else since this product does all the jobs I need for my business. Holds a lot off paper in the tray so you can print a lot before having to refill. Good buy for the money!

Great for small office use! We use daily! It is loud but not so much that I would take it back.

Overkill for most homes, but good performance with a lot of options. Seeing I only buy one every 5-6 years it made sense to spend a little more for the best feature set. The instant ink is definitely a cost saver that I use and recommend. It’s simple math to figure out what you typically use and what the savings would be...

Have the best results with HP printers. Have had others ut they didn't last very long and not easy to use.

This printer prints documents relatively quickly. Ink cartridges are a bit pricey, but the ink capacity is more than my old Photosmart 7520. This printer is not the right printer to use to print photos, but definitely passable. I recommend, especially for the price of $118 after sale and price match.
