Had a lot of difficulties when switching out the starter cartridges to the permanent cartridges... Lots of error messages and then the printer would freeze and lock up. Changed out 3 times and even contacted HP and they couldn't fix it. Was a lifelong HP customer until this happened on this particular model. Other HP models seem to work fine when switching out cartridges.

It does everything that I needed it to do. I couldn't ask for a better printer.

this printer is a fine example of HP at its best. Affordable, wonderful color, performs as advertised, and I have always had great results with HP products. I can use for pictures, regular work papers, creating forms, and quick printing while very good quality.

Better than expected. Had an issue which was resolved by Best Buy immediately.

I have had more than a few HP printers in the past and they never let me down!

This printer works perfect for me. I am really glad I purchased this printer. The only thing it doesn't do very well is work with different stock paper. I have a letter head I was trying to print on and it auto moves and doesn't print well on the paper but normal printing and paper works well and prints fast.

Great Printer but the ink is far too expensive, but that's how they get you!

Printer was easy to set up and easy to connect to wireless. I also had no issues connecting it to my various devices and printing using Apple's AirPrint services. One thing that happened was that it was paper jamming but be sure you have the paper back against the edge using the thumb device in the paper holder.

This is a great all in one printer. The wireless function is very responsive.

I'm very happy with my choice. It was purchased for a small business office and has been great. Easy to install. Only negative I could think of if you are needing to print only 1-2 envelopes you have to remove all the paper in the tray to adjust for envelopes.

Had this HP - OfficeJet Pro 8710 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer for a long year-11,000 copies so far (last month). Best advice is to buy the 952XL cartridges (Black-for sure), run on Economy. All functions still work just fine!

Very easy to set up, and it has a lot of great features. One of my favorite is the eprint feauture, this printer also has its own email so you have the option to sent documents to that email and it will automatically print once it’s received.

This is a great all-in-one, wireless printer. I like being able to print from my mobile devices in another room. Having the option to change the paper tray to custom sizes and speciality paper made printing my Christmas cards easy.

I purchased an HP OfficeJet PRO 8710 to replace my HP Office Jet PRO 8620. It was easy to use the new printer as I had been greatly satisfied with my other printer. I did extensive research on printers of many brands before choosing to stay with HP Office Jet.

I had to replace my HP 8600 because of a faulty printhead. This 8710 printer has performed well above expectations. The only feature I would have liked is a second print tray for specialty papers but is not available for this model.

Love this printer, I've had an hp printer prior to this but I really love this one, I can be anywhere in the house and print wirelessly. Also love the printer ink card that I linked online and receive ink automatically as the printer lets it know when it's low

Use it for mostly document printing. Prints quickly and also can E-Mail to it so My work computer does not need the software installed (IT has to install) Ink program works well also. Only have used it now for 1 month. So far so good!

This printer works great, very fast and reliant I accidentally printed about 80 pages of paper with color ink. I thought great there goes the ink. But, I was wrong it did not use that much to my surprise. Very happy with this printer. Well worth the money.

This printer has many options and able to do everything I needed it to do.
