My old printer started to malfunction so it was time for a new one. I looked at reviews for this printer and decided to go with it. I am glad I did!! This printer was easy to set up and the color photo prints are very good. I recommend this printer.

This printer makes excellent copy’s both color and black & white. The document feeder words well I haven’t had a Jam in it yet. The instant ink feature for printer ink is great. I have not run out of ink yet.

It EASILY copies, scans, single or duplex, wirelessly. If you’re a Mac user, you’ll appreciate that you don’t have to connect via USB to scan or jump through any other weird hoops to get the full functionality of the printer.

We were looking to replace an older HP 3 in 1 printer and this was an excellent replacement. We have to fax once a month and rather that go to an office supply store, this works great for us. In addition, the print speed and quality is very good.

This is used for home office. It does the job. I don't like being tied to instant ink though.

Printer works well. I'm not sold on"instant ink" ready system. I wish it used the same ink cartridges as my 8600 Pro. I'm also frustrated the 8710 seems to lack the setup to copy pages of a document and output them in the same order as the copied document. I'm sure the 8600 did have this.

so far so good. It did lose drivers(?) once but the geek guys were great about getting it reset up for me. I love the color and quality. Another printer I had woulnt print for me from one room to another. This one has worked no matter where I'm at.

Very good print quality - equal to laser-jet at far less the cost. But, the 4 star rating comes because it is constantly losing connection to the internet - have to shut off and turn on to stay on-line. I have two of these and they both do the same thing.

We have purchased 5 of these all-in-one printers for use in construction job trailers. They are easy to set up, and connect multiple users via a wifi network. We will stick with this model as long as it is available!

Easy set up, the HP Remote AiO Printer app is great, you can scan to email, one drive, etc... Works on Google Print as well, I bought an HP Envy for Black Friday and upgraded since I wanted an auto feeder. Both printers were exceptional.

The speed and quality of printer,fax,scanner facilties is very strong. But, be wary of various security issues when utilizing the eprint capabilities that open your network to hacks. You can turn that eprint OFF!

Good price, printing is fast, quality of printing and scanning is good. The only potential down side is that the HP 952 ink cartridges are expensive. I opted for the Instant Ink program which appears to help mitigate the cost of the ink.

This is a great multi-purpose unit. Printing, scanning, copying and scanning are easy and the software is easy to use. Excellent purchase for business or home office.

I returned a printer that had malfunctioned. I did not research this HP Printer but based on what the sales person shared with me and the reputation of HP I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. I have not been disappointed.

It has all the things I needed and more. So happy I splurged!!!!

This product went beyond my expectations and this instant ink printer meets my needs in all areas. Faxing, Scanning, Copying was/is a breeze. I would indeed purchase this product again and recommend it to all family members.

Easy to set up and working great so far. Was hesitant to get another HP as the last one just stopped printing correctly when I had to change the black cartridge which seems to be an issue with HPs based on my research on the internet. Have not had to change the ink yet but so far so good.
