This printer was an upgrade from an Epson WP4530. So far I like the quality and speed better than the Epson. I really think the scanning interface on the computer is an improvement over the Epson. Purchased the printer on sale and will again for the next office printer that needs replaced

I checked out several HP printers and shopped around for a good price. I ended up at Best Buy. The people were friendly and helpful. I bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 which fits my needs and it is working great.

I don't print often so was looking for a printer that the ink wouldn't dry up and clog the heads. I have not had a problem with this printer. It is a bit noisy but not terrible. Print quality is great and scanning is fast.

We really like the 8710 Office Jet Pro. It is doing a great job.

I have this at home and recently purchased one for the office. It is easy to set up, easy to hook up to Wi-Fi, so all my employees can use it from their desks. I can even send documents to it from home using its own email address. I love it.

Love the printer with all the features it has. ePrint is a great feature for printing when away from home or a device not connected to your network. The speed is great and love the Instant Ink program knowing I will never run out of ink.

Had an epson 2350 i think it was. this one is faster, and probably double of what i paid for the epson, but realy like this one better. I would buy this one again if i ever needed one. Ink is more expensive but last longer.

This printer replaced a HP6500A printer that had difficulties staying attached to our wireless network. It was a good buy and seems to work exceptionally well. Decided not to go with the instant ink so we will see how the ink usage goes. So far so good after 3 weeks.

Purchased based on Best Buy recommendation. Beats the pants off my old HP printer. Worked beautifully and intuitive to operate. Much faster. Love the electronic control panel. Easy to email scans from the printer. Like the large paper tray.

We purchased this for our small construction company and it’s perfect. Very easy to use/ install. We also have the HP ink replacement program and we don’t have to worry about going out and buying ink when we run out.

I chose this printer because it has individual ink cartridges.

I have several other OfficeJet Pro printers and they have been good solid performers over the years. I opened a new insurance office and purchase two more OfficeJet Pro 8710 printers. With the instant ink provision you're never out of ink.

Brought it home and had it out of the box and set up on first computer in less than 30 min, 20 for the next 2 computers, VERY fast printing Output looks very good. Everything that should be expected from an HP Printer.

Good, wish it came with hook up cord. The older model was an easier set up but does work.

I bought this because my old HP crapped out after six years. It was on sale and i like the two sided feature and fast output and higher res for pics. Plus it holds 250 sheets. Ive had it about a month now with no issues.

for what I need the printer is good. It has not jammed at all

I like this printer but the 8600 that we previously had was easier to find the size increase and some of the other functions that we use frequently
