This printer is awesome! I love the ease of use and the color clarity of it. I went in looking at a laser printer and was talked in to this instead to help save me some money and this was worth it!!

This does everything and more for my small business.

easy to setup and use. Good quality printing at a fair price.. It does seem to go "offline" and not communicate sometimes and everything needs to be powered down and rebooted. I don't know if that's my PC issue or the printer though.

This is our 2nd HP printer. Our last one lasted about 3 years. It's easier and cheaper to replace them than to replace print cartridges. We also use heavier weight paper which helps prevent more than 1 page at a time from getting pulled in.

The printer is faster at printing that any HP or Canon printer I ever had. The HP Ink program is actually nice in that it does save you on ink cost. But, depending on how much you print, be careful not to request ink too frequently (measured by estimated pages used to print per month) - because the printer is very ink efficient with a total of about 2,000 pages in black and white and 1,600 pages in color per cartridge. It's like having an office ready printer at home. Not to mention the fast copying/scanning with the option of using the flatbed or tray (which is very fast - scanned almost 100 pages to my computer in a little over 5 min) as well as the faxing capabilities! 5 Stars for sure!

Bought this on sale and was very impressed with the cost for product. Installation was seamless though I have not yet used the scanner option yet. Prints clean and quick as well. Gave 4 stars since I have not yet sampled all features.

This unit is great for smaller offices or home office. It gives you the ability to scan, print and copy with just one piece of equipment. You also have the added convenience of wireless connectivity. I recommend it for low to moderate usage.

Had a 13 year old HP deskjet 5650 and no problems, so I decided to stick with HP when I bought this all-in-one printer. Really haven't had a chance to test all the features yet though....

Seems to be a good printer. Wireless connection is new for me and very convenient. The ink lasts longer than my previous machine. We'll see how long it holds up. Printers are cheap, ink is expensive, you know the drill.

The Officejet Pro 8710 fits our needs. It accepts both regular & legal size paper. We have only printed a couple photos but were pleased with outcome. The startup went smoothly. We like the print app for our iPhone too.

HP - OfficeJet Pro 8710 Wireless All-In-One is great for any small business that needs a reliable printer. It prints/copies/faxes/scans which fits the needs of most businesses. The print quality is good for most printing jobs.

Needed an additional printer for printing out a medium number of computer generated invoices and emails as well as a new fax machine to replace a Brother fax machine that had been very reliable for many years but was starting to wear out. Hesitated to buy this all in one HP because of it's low price but figured I would give it a try and return it if it was not up to the task. Also, I had purchased a bigger, fancier HP printer several years ago that I have been very happy with. Must say it's worked out well for both printing and for sending and receiving faxes despite the low price and think I've made a good choice. Only negative I can say is that the "keyboard" screen is very small and therefore slightly difficult to use, but really that hasn't been a big deal and certainly not a deal breaker. Very good all around printer and fax for a very reasonable price.

Had to update the software on the printer right out of the box. Every time my laptop went to sleep it wouldn't print when back on. After googling my issue and doing the software update (on the printer not computer) no issues. Great price for what it can do.

I absolutely love this printer/ scanner/fax. It does everything all in one machine. The best part is that it is wireless, so I can print from any device in my house without having to connect wires to each device.

It's amazing how far printer technology has come greta printing at a much lower price. This printer was easy to set up and seems to use less ink that my previous HP Printer. Internet connection was seamless

I love my new printer! It is so nice to be able to print back to back pages. Our old printer did not do that and I feel we wasted so much paper not being able to print back to back. It is fast, clean, clear printing.

Plastic parts seem cheesy but last unit (identical model) lasted for almost 95,000 copies before I could not clear indicated paper jamb; gave it to a friend who was able to repair it and is now using it
