This HP printer was a breeze to set up. We use it on our home network and haven't experienced any issues. We signed up for the HP ink program and already received the first set of replacement cartridges.

For the price, this printer is worth the money. One word of warning, I had some issues with the PDF function (copying into PDF format). I was on the phone with HP support for a while as he took me through the whole process of checking each function of the printer in insure everything worked. Eventually, I had to run a diagnostic program to fix the issue, but it does work. At least they were very willing to assist and it's been working great ever since. After we were done, he tried to sell me on the cartridge program they offer. A little pushing on the program, but I told them no because I don't want to be charged per page and I don't want HP monitoring my printing. This might work for someone else. You have to decide.

I have only been using this printer for a couple of weeks...so far it's great! I expect to use it for about 50 pages a week. I bought this updated HP printer because I need a "work horse" and my previous HP 6310 served me well for many years

I replaced a Canon printer which was fairly new with this HP and am very satisfied. My old printer was entirely too slow in producing a printed product. This one is fast and puts out a good copy. For my home usage, it is exactly what I needed.

Easy to print from my Android phone, and laptops (Windows and Apple). Text and graphics are excellent and photos are good. One requested improvement would be to have at least two separate trays (ie- letter and 4×6 photos).

This printer prints quality pictures in less than a minute. Also the new hp ink program is remarkable. My wife is a teacher and has already used over 1000 sheets of paper preparing for the upcoming school year.

The color is really good, much better than my old printer. It did jam and it was not so easy to clear the jam. I had a cannon before and it never jammed.

I purchased my printer to use in my home office. I have been using it daily and have not had any issues with it all. I have used it for printing documents and also for scanning. I would recommend this product.

I have had this printer for a month and am very pleased with the quality of the print. Had always bought EPSON printers in the past, but Best Buy had a good price on this HP, so I thought I would try it. So far so good.

Versatile and easy to use, the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is easy to set up. It provides great color for reports and has excellent resolution of small fonts used as subtitles and footnotes on charts and graphs.

For the price, this printer does not disappoint. Nice speed, good quality of print, and small footprint. HP is my favorite brand of printer because of the ease of installation and use.

The only thing I wish this had was duplex scanning. That comes with higher priced models but it still does scan both sides just not 1 page at a time front and back. Other than that this has easy to use software and wireless printing works great.

We had a similar printer from HP that we really liked but an error code came up and it was going to cost more to fix it then buy the newer unit. Best Buy did a match price which sealed the deal

The 8710 is just right for a home-office. The size is ideal for it to be nestled into a nook. The quality of print is perfect. The other services to fax and copy meet my needs.

This printer is priced right and easy to use. I run a Real Estate business and this keeps me going with what printing I need. And once set up on HP instaink, it's a piece of cake to maintain!

This is a great printer and scanner, it is supposed to be able to do 2 sided scanning, I still need to figure out how to be able to make them., other than that it's Great for its value.

I got this printer on sale. Its a great printer for the price and can print many pages per minute and works great over wifi. The instant ink functionality is great for staying on top of your ink levels.

I'm enjoying my OfficeJet 8710 printer. It was easy and fast to setup! I'm most impressed with the speed of printing and enjoy the separate ink cartridges vs. the one color cartridge my previous printer had.

My old Hp died. I went to my Best Buy store ( about a mile from my house ) and bought it along with ink. It cost more than my old HP and the ink also costs a lot more. Easy hook up and prints pretty well.
