This printer is so quick. Debated on going with the next model up but this one is definitely sufficient. Does just about everything. The instant ink program is also great!! Highly recommended

I've had this printer for a few weeks now and find that, at least so far, it's done all I've asked it to do. It prints well and scans well. I have not yet started the fax portion so can't comment on that.

Great product. I like the fact that it doesn't go thru 5 min. of "hiccups" before I can use it like my last HP printer would do. This printer is very fast and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

I bought this HP to replace my Epson all in one. I really appreciated the ease of the setup except for the wireless party for my phone and tablet, I plan to revisit this later in this weekend. Overall I like the product and the fast printing.

This is one of the the best bang for your buck printers out on the market now. The 30 Best Buy gift card that you immediately receive after purchasing was the cherry on top too. It basically turns a $120 printer into a $90 one.

This was our first multi operation piece. I love it. Scans, prints, it's own email address. It's awesome. I've saved tons of money and trips into town to the library to print something for. 25 a page.

I have always had problems with wireless printers in the past but this printer stays connected and is always ready to print when needed. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking to upgrade.

This is my 3rd HP printer that I've owned. Each model seems to be better than the last. I've had this a year without any issues. The quality is GREAT!

I did have a HP Office Jet 8700 printer prior to this purchase. I see a big difference between the two. The 8710 is faster in response and the copies and printing pictures are crisp with color.

I am so impressed by the speed of B&W printing...far better than the printer I replaced with this. I would recommend any small office or home users to take a look at this printer.

Very happy with this HP Printer. Fast, good colors. Only thing I'm not happy about it the LED Menu screen is rather small, and I have big fingers...otherwise, Thumbs up !

Easy to set up and learn the basic tools; printing, coping, scanning and the use of blue tooth. We like it and would recommend this printer to anyone. We would also but it again.

It is so easy to use and set up. And I really like the two sided printing. I've never owned an HP printer before, but after using this one I don't think I would buy any other brand in the future.

The quality seems to be very good but menu is a bit more confusing than previous Office Pro devices I've used before. It takes more steps to do things, but on the plus side this may mean more options and should be easier to use over time.

The OfficeJet Pro 8710 has better functionality and XL cartridges with approx 2,000 sheets compared to similarly priced OfficeJet Pro 6978. But the size is also bigger.
