Good quality but connection problems

Great printer for the price

The sales man explained to me that they had the exact same printer sit for over 1-1/2 years, they turned it on, and printed right away. I was sold at that point. I actually came to spend big money to buy a laser printer to solve my problem, as I didnt do a whole lot of printing, and it was very sporadic between prints. I was very pleased to pick this printer up for the price I did.
