I like this printer and the fact that it has duplex scanning. That is something I use very often. It also prints very well in both color and black & white. The problem I have experienced with it is that sometimes when printing from a mobile device, the printer cannot be found. The only way I have found to fix this problem is to turn the printer and router off and then back on. I might recommend this to a friend if I knew they did not want to use it to print from a phone ot mobile device.

This is a really good printer! Functions as expected and was simple to set up and use. I have owned many printers, this one is one of my favorites.

I bought this printer for light home use. I really like the wireless printing capability, even when i'm away from home! No problems encountered.

I have been very pleased with this printer, which was a replacement for my old one. Easy to set up and use and has additional functions I didn't have before. .

The set up was easy through HPs new application that you download to your smart phone or tablet. The printer does everything well that I need for business at home.

This is the best HP printer I have ever owned. It is quite, fast and high quality. I is a miser when it comes to ink. Worth every dollar I paid for it.

Beautiful print quality and a ton of features make this a great printer for any house. Has the occasional wireless connectivity issues but works great besides that.

We've had a few glitches, but when it's working right it's really good. Printing quality is very good. Wireless printing by email from any of our devices from anywhere is fabulous!

This 8720 is used as a small office network MFP for faxing, scanning and printing. The HP eprint is also used for remote tablets to print sales at the office.

Great printer for the price. Cartridges are easy to load and the print speed is fast for this type of inkjet. Easy connects to WiFi. Control panel is simple to use. A nice product!!!

This printer is fast and efficient. I haven't had it long enough to make a thorough review. From what I have used it for it has been just what we needed.

My wife started a home based business that requires a fair amount of printing, and this printer with the instant ink program has worked beautifully. Fast, clean prints with endless ink!

So far this printer seems to be doing well. It is quite large but does fit where the last one sat. User friendly, holds a lot of paper in a drawer and prints quickly.

I am very pleased with this printer. The printing is faster than my old HP printer, especially double sided printing. The quality of the print is excellent.

The things that i love about this printer is the double siding scanning you don't have to lift the lid scan page 1 and then scan page 2 you just load paper into the feeder and click double sided. I have network attached storage so i was able to go in to printer settings and add network folders to scan too. Hp private print is great as well, I love that it doesn't start printing until I sign in. I signed up for hp instant ink which is great. I would recommend this printer to anybody. The cons about this printer is that it can get a little loud when double siding printing.

Very fast and very low ink usage per printed page, which saves $ in the long run. Feeder tray also allows convenient and fast printing of double sided docs.

I love the quality of work this printer continues to give. I am very impressed with HP concerning the HP Offricer Pro 8720.

The all in one printer, copier, scanner and fax has worked great so far. It also prints nice pictures. My favorite feature is the wireless printing.

Easy to install, lot of options, super fast printer! The wireless printing is really good. You can even print using the email. Scanner is very good too.

A real improvement over last printer. Easy scan and fax options as well as setup. Scans from mobile devices also. Reasonable price and quality printing.
