So far my experience conforms to the recommendations that I ran before they purchase. The machine works as advertised.

A great printer for personal use. Easy set-up and you do not have to be a computer whiz, to figure out, how to use it.

This printer works great! I had some issues with the legal paper but I figured it out. I disliked HP customer service, which is why I gave it four instead of five.

This printer does everything I need a home printer to do. Prints two sides, very fast color print, and efficient on the ink usage.

This is a very big printer and takes up a lot of room on my desk. I probably wouldn't buy this again although it's serving it's purpose. The two-sided printing has only jammed when I've tried to use it so I cannot use that feature. I had to use my geek squad service A week after I had it installed because it lost connectivity. It took geek squad over two hours to figure out what was wrong.

Love this new printer my old HP all in one died and I looked at this one and it has everything I wanted now I'm a pro at scanning.

HP makes a solid product that works great.... I have been using HP wireless printers since their inception..No complaints to speak of

Setup is straight forward, easy and worked perfectly. I would recommend this item to use in any office or home setup.

HP makes great printers. This is no exception. Good quality prints. Ink cartridges is where they get you... cartridges are expensive.

I simply love it. Wifi printing was no effort. Installation was a breeze. After opening it at home in just under 5 mins i was all set up and printing. I definitely must say this is a must have printer. Huge THANK YOU to the Best Buy sales person who really cared fully explained to me all the features on this printer and how to use it. He also told, if I had any questions after I set it up at home. To come back and he will be here (Columbus Circle Store, NY, NY) to answer any questions. Great printer. Great staff. Thanks guys.

It prints fast. I had an Epson before and hated it. I've had other HP printers and liked but this is by far my favorite.

I love this product but think that I should have signed up to have the monthly ink sent as it does go through cartridges pretty quickly. Prints wonderfully!

Easy to set up. Came with the ink cartridges and easy to install. Only negative was the documentation to download the driver.

It's a bit bulky, but it does exactly what I want it to do. The best feature is the paper is self contained in the printer until you're ready for it.

This is replacing my 8710 it is much fast and better quality printing and the paper is easier to collect. Glad I bought

I am so impressed by this printer and how easy it was to set up the WiFi for all my devices. I would recommend this for anyone.

Replaced my HP printer with this new 8720 and it works very well. Would recommend this printer for most households
