    I have been purchasing HP printers for years. They have never failed to be a good purchase. The only complaint is when the ink heads need to be replaced it ends up being cheaper any more to just buy a new printer which is ashame. Especially when not all the ink cartridges are not used and they won’t work with the next printer. A waste of product and money.

    Every once and awhile it loses connection to wifi - can be frustrating. Mostly works (my printer is in basement, computer is on 1st floor). Experienced a few paper jams. Slightly difficult to lift flatbed cover (no place to get a finger under easily - design flaw). Drinks ink (but doesn't all printers?). Sad to say, printers not getting more reliable.
