    I had a 6820 HP printer whose print heads went bad after 9 months and since I had purchased the Geek Squad 2 yr replacement plan, Best Buy credited my account for the full cost which I applied to this 8720 printer, which I love - it is sturdy, fast and so far has performed exceptionally well.I subscribe to HP instant ink program, which is convenient and very cost effective.
